Located in the ground level of Emporium Mall is a close as a supermarket as you going to get in Pakistan.Good superstore for Pakistani standards, clean and fully staffed (theres employees everywhere). Different departments from housewares to cafeteria. Prices are competitive. They bring some imported articles, but for those you should be careful about the expiration date.For international standards though is so and so. Vegetables sometimes are less than ideal, there can be flies sometimes (way less than other markets here but any fly is too many around food) and product availability varies greatly.Staff is helpful, but sometimes you can feel harassed by their helpfulness.Still I buy my groceries here because is way cleaner than other places, and I get weird out in Metro (dont like people checking my receipt to get out).

Today, I visited Carrefour, emporium mall Lahore. This is the third time, they overcharged by adding extra item of PKR 109.0. Last time, they did overcharge by adding item of PKR of 1300. Today, I called the supervisor, told him about the overcharged but what i observed, he did not say a single word of excuse. When I went to customer service counter for the return, a lady is also overcharged for an item of pkr 1300. I asked about the Manager but the lady at the customer service said, he is in the meeting. I wanted to request the higher management of Carrefour, please look seriously to these things otherwise, nobody will buy anything from Carrefour. One or two other persons also observed the overcharged problem. This needs Carrefour management serious attention and punish the culprits, who are involved in these activities.

I was here to watch joker movie at the universal cinema. The cinema experience wss pathetic. Seats were uncomfortable. No good sound effects. Screen was kind of dark and low pixels. I wanted to enjoy joker in Gold but thst wasnt playing. Popcorn were too costly and 350 rs lasted only 20 mints. Bought some cosmetics but quality isnt satisfying.

Carrefour is a nice place where you can find most of your grocery items under one roof. Prices are generally reasonable. But ofcourse you cant be lucky everyday. Someday you might end up buying a toothpick jar for Rs. 189.- and later find out that others are selling it for Rs. 55.- only. Thats why I am giving it 3 star rating. Otherwise this place would score 4.5 stars. Happy shopping!

I bought mixed mutton and that was of extreme poor quality not worth eating at all, no meat only waste fat all over the pieces which you can’t even chew. Mostly prices are over and above the market and also quality of some products is compromised. Also the parking ticket of 50 rupees is simply a very unethical practice to collect huge revenues whereas it’s not a practice anywhere in the world but no authority is there to question them.

Id suggest to check metro cash & carry store for bulk grocery and such stuff.

Beautiful family environment.Car parking charges are Rs. 50Billing counter delays and not providing any extra services to their customers i.e Water facility or rest area.Conclusion:For medium level or minor shopping, Mall is sutible.
