It has tasty food. Known internationally for their chicken buckets and zinger burgers. Quality is great. Very affordable. Ranges in a wide variety of price. The burgers are sometimes a bit tiny, but you can always order another one since they cost only 170PKR.

KFC is a place we always loved. Be it kids or other family members it used to be our favourite place but since last couple of years KFC has really lower their standards as far as taste and hygiene is concerned. No standard taste as every branch has got different taste , sometimes the food is fresh but mostly these days its NOT. Please look into this matter as KFC is only trying to stay in market by introducing cheap deals .

Taste is 10/10 and ambience is 9/10 and service is 7/10

KFC is located in the Emporium mall by Nishat group in Lahore.This is situated in the food court area and has good facilities.The staff is kind, helpful and facilitating.They had a good sitting area over there and the environment was good for families.The food was good and service was quick.

I bought the chicky meal for my daughter, and there was no toy in it, but the representative of kfc didnt tell us in advance that the toy is not included . I didnt expect it from a big chain like kfc.totally disappointed.

Not satisfied with counter staff. If they are out of toys for chicky meal , they should have inform before getting the payment. Not at all a professional approach.

Yesterday I had been there and pathetic service I ever faced at any KFC. Chicken was Finished and Frye created trouble due to which people had to wait for more than hour to pick the orders. I just cancelled my plan to have meal there because one can have other options in Emporium.Its the franchise and not company operated outlet.
