Sitting is fine. Had to sit outdoor due to COVID-19 protocols. Ordered the butterfly beef steak (Medium Well) and loved it. Also loved the complimentary bread and honey butter. It is one of the better steak places in Lahore which I enjoyed of not the very best.

Good old Freddys. It has maintained its food quality. Thanks God it survived corona

Overall the menu and ambiance are good.Soups are not at par with the Cafe menu. When you spend 10-15$ per head for a meal you expect better soups. A hot and sour must not look like a corn soup.Sandwiches and Pasta are tasty and cooked as written. Main courses, with a huge variety of chicken items are all a delight and the servings are good.

The place is beautiful...so warm n cozy..a great place to go with family and friends..the food is really good..the only thing thats unexpectedly bad is their service.

Hi tea has reasonable variety with dishes for all tastes i.e. chicken, fish and beef. BBQ, Chinese, Continental and Fast Food cuisines were available in addition to salads and other sides. Food was plentiful but taste was average. Staff in my opinion was quite short compared to guests thus a slow service in terms of removing used cutlery. Overall its just above average but still recommended.

So today we went to Freddys Café, we orderedFETTUCCINE ALFREDO pastas. Well we expected much from them but it was really disappointing. First of all it was over priced (maybe thats  why expectations were high).Secondly, the pasta was not well cooked, was hard to chew and had really bad aroma. Moreover, the pasta taste was really bad, I was not even able to enjoy my meal and i just left it. The white sause mixed with cheese further messed up taste.Pasta 4/10Serving 7/10Taste 4/10Really down hearted.

Visited Freddys after several years but was disappointed with the experience. The service was horrible starting from the seating experience. The outdoor chairs where we were asked to seat had bird droppings in them. We asked that they be replaced and the waiter just disappeared. We swapped the chairs ourselves. We had to wait a lot for placing the order, getting the waiter to get us something, even to have the food packed and get the bill. The food was subpart at best. Skip the Cream of Chicken soup, it was plain ordinary with a very runny/watery soup and a few tiny bits of chicken at the bottom. We had to add salt and pepper and some tobacco to make it worth consuming. The main course was awesome. Afghan Kabab Platter had fresh, well marinated and nicely grilled Kabab varieties. Wish they had more raita and some more grilled vegetables to go with it though. Black pepper chicken steak was great. Juicy, well grilled and the sauce was awesome. Cake Alaska in the desserts was a huge disappointment. It needed to be made with freshly baked cake but they used cake that was at least a couple days old. We asked the manager why it wasnt freshly baked like in all other places and his response was that our cakes have an expiry of three days. We returned it and asked for the charge to be taken off the bill which they happily complied with. The caramel cheese cake was delectable. Highly recommended. I like my cheese cakes silky smooth, but this one was a bit hard but still the caramel cover and the overall taste was great. With such a mixed experience, dont think we will visit again unless it is to enjoy the absolutely beautifully done outdoor compound (minus the bird droppings in the chair). It was nicely lighted, very well manicured lawn and plants and the weather made it worthwhile despite the mediocre food and service experience.

One of the only fine dine places in Lahore that has improved over time. Superb quality and quantity of the main course. Spectacular service and ambience. Highly recommended

Some of the new additions to the menu are worth trying. But their waiters services are pathetic. They are casual and laid back. So customer service needs a lot of improvement

The ambiance is nice and the place is almost a brand unto itself at this point. Food is reasonably good but not the best in the city.Nonetheless if youre middle class and want to impress someone this is the place to take them as its considered high end :P

Previously I had very excellent experience in graduation life. I went there nearly after 12 years. Its was awesome. Environment was more groomed. I felt really very comfortable. I went with my family. I went on Sunday at opening time. I felt really pleasant there. I ordered starter wings than sandwiches cold coffee and fresh lime. They served bread & butter to make us busy :p. Later food was really excellent. Good keep it up #fredyscafe.

Its a high end, expensive, moderate quality of food, good place to sit with an enjoyable ambiance, perfect for a romantic getaway, with family and friends. Overall I would say a 7 out of 10. It is more appropriate for a client business meeting spot.

That was my first visit to any restaurant after almost six months due to covid-19. It felt really good to see things getting back to normal. We went there for High tea. The place was jam packed. I guess people were sick of sitting in homes for such a long time. The food was great as usual although I couldnt find a bowl for the soup We hope & pray things remain Corona less and business activity starts picking up momentum. Ameen.

Depending on what you order, your perception of food is likely to change. If you go for something unique, you may be slightly disappointed. But most of the items on menu are delicious. The ambiance is good, so is the service. Prices are higher than most comparable restaurants

One of the best high tea experience, quantity and quality both found.

The mushroom beef steak was worst. I was disappointed. Rest of the dihes i orderee were club sandwiches, fish n fingers and two chicken steaks which were comparatively better.

Stinking Beaf Salad, Mean attitude, they quickly judge the situation, if more sitting space is required they reduce the time given to you for high tea and would serve tea earlier to make you leave. Cheapsters!

I have always been a fan of Hi Tea at Freddys Cafe. Exquisite assortments, the desserts are mouth watering. Excellent value for money and the staff is very friendly and cooperative.

It was brilliant. The main courses were all amazing, as were our tempura appetizers. I ordered a pollo loco and a Moscow Mule as a drink. The Moscow Mule could have had a more gingery taste and a little less nutmeg and it would have been amazing. My colleague ordered a lasagne and both were really scrumptious.We sat outside which was great for this weather.The desserts were a hit and miss and then a hit. The peanut butter cake slice was not as good as the name suggested but the maple pie thingy was really good.The service was good, the food itself was really good and we had a wonderful time.I recommend it to everyone.

This restaurant has maintain its place for the number of years. Even when others are long gone this place is still serving amazing food as always with superb service. The ambiance and atmosphere is attractive for family gatherings with diversified menu is icing on the cake. Parking was the issue in the past and still the same but the service and food hugely compensate that.

Now this is what I call a quality restaurant. Excellent parking facility with a good welcome at reception. Inside it’s modern, clean and nicely decorated. The atrium at the back is a great place to sit. The food is excellent and there is a very large choice on the menu. The cocktails were excellent. The service was attentive and professional. Highly recommended.

Only issue was the delayed service rest food quality, ambience everything was great.

Cream of chicken soup was not but butterfly steak is the best.

Everything was amazing the food was nicely cooked, margarita was awesome and ambiance was just great. I just think quantity could be more food made me full of joy but not stuffed.

.No air conditioning..Dirty uniform and apparel.Stones in rice.Inspite of exorbitant prices, their quality is poor. There were stones in rice served with Rs. 1800 dish. They used low quality rice while cost of good quality rice is hardly Rs. 10. Same Cutlery which they are using for about 20 years.

Freedy’s Hi-Tea———————-There was a time when Freedy’s Cafe was considered one of the best options in Lahore to have Hi-Tea. They had the best Deserts too. Well, its so sad to see the restaurant which used to be the beat for taste and for ambiance, is constantly going down the taste and also in the service they provide. I convinced my group to give another try to Freddys cafe. After hard negotiation i convinced them to have lunch on Friday. Cream of chicken soup was like a tasteless sip. Mulagatani soup was also below average. Although only 25% cafe was occupied the service was slow and staff was unattended. The main course bear chilli dry was soggy, tasteless and hard to eat. There was no one who asked about the food quality. Full stop to Freddys cafe. Anyone who go there for good taste and service, think again.
