This place is absolute disappointment. Its quite poorly maintained, I think it never got repaired since built. Pathetic washrooms, which reflects that the management doesnt have any concept of cleanliness. Anyone planning to book an even there must check their level of cleanliness, washrooms, brides room, crockery etc. Any planned parking is almost non-existent, everyone is expected to park just on roadside. Its advisable to put everything in writing with details as on the event day it is most likely that things like decor would be different from what you booked and despite asking they wont change much but will charge the same.

Arrangements were good, food was yumm but bridal room seriously needed attention it was in v poor condition

This is good but no safety arrangements. Fire broke on stage but there was no fire extinguisher. People took control by putting carpet over it. No one from staff moved to help. It seems that staff is not trained to deal with emergency.
