Differently decored which attracts you. I really loved there ambience. Very well maintained atmosphere. Neat and clean environment. It was under renovation but still liked it. They deal in Pakistani food only, tastes like just other restaurants nothing special. Go for there handis, barbecue is not recommended. Overall experience was good.

A very good place to be, excellent ambiance, great taste, friendly and attentive staff, great service, expensive, overall a good place to visit with family and friends. I really enjoyed the sweets menu, plenty of options. The current Hi-Tea menu is great except that it would be nicer to have few more items on the table, Pizza was ok, not great, but gola kabab, malai boti and gol Gappay were outstanding. Fried fish was excellent. Loved all the items on menu, I dont recommend the soup (lentil soup). In summary, a great location (few steps from Village restaurant) on MM Alam road, value for money with food, ambiance and great taste.

They dont offer a variety of items in menu. Rates are high, as compared to the food. Need improvement in the main courses.Environment is comfortable and peaceful providing both indoor and outdoor sitting.

NOT RECOMMENDED.Tried their Hi-Tea and,No taste.No variety in items they were offering.No service, which was really really bad.Not that much good ambiance which was hyped so much.In this price there are multiple hi tea restaurants are available like Junoon and Spice Bazaar.

Nice ambiance and captivating design of a courtyard with a special sense of serenity and casual homely essence paired up with a reasonable continental menu served by a welcoming and responsive staff as an icing on the top is a worth going place. Most of all the place has been maintained finely and the food tasted good.

Below par service. Boring, unimaginative ambiance. So-so food. Mutton was dicey... didnt taste like goat, lamb or sheep I suspect we were scammed at billing. They didnt give us system generated invoice, kept us waiting for more than half an hour for the bill because of system down. They have promised to send the system-generated sales tax invoice later via whatsapp. If they dont, my rating will.go down.

Pathetic billing criteria! I think the management was gone mad!! Yesterday I planned a aftar buffet at Rumi Courtyard with my friends and made a reservation for seven person. But due to some issues only two of us were able to dine in and informed at the reception as well that others will be able to join us! But At the billing time one of the manager came and said as you had made reservation for seven person you have to pay the bill 7*1690+T instead of 2*1690+T!!! Because your invisible friends ate a lot of our food.They staff were shocked and said they are experiencing this nonsense for the first time as well.But After half an hour of argument we only pay the bill of of 2 person! I mean what was all that about ??Highly disappointed!!!

Very few fine dine desi eateries in Lahore and Rumi is one of them serving some great quality food.Their Qeema Naan & Cheese Naan is no less than any good eatery of Lahore plus Khoya Kababs and Noor Mehal Handi was the bestest. Thoroughly Enjoyed!

The quality of food is not up to the mark and the hygiene of food is not considered here. I found a dead housefly in my plate of fresh salad. Non-branded mineral water, familia , was served which is already considered unsafe for drinking according to PFA. The service of waiters is pathetic and non-cooperative. A very boring atmosphere is being provided and no music is played. There is a lot of improvement needs to be done. The taste of Turkish tea is pathetic. Especially the buffet is the worst here. In buffet, I could not feel the aroma and the taste of fresh food. It just felt as if the previously cooked food had been heated time and again. The dishes that were finished were not filled up quickly in buffet. Even I complained to the manager. In the sweets the jalebis did not taste good. Some of the items were not even present in the buffet that were being advertised. Overall a pathetic place. You can go and dine in somewhere else. There are a lot of other places where you can enjoy delicious food. Not worthwhile place.

Their service is so pathetic i had really really bad experience there. I ordered food and they were like it will be served i 10 to 15 min and after 30 min they bring one thing and then other and after sometime other. So we have all the food and we put in plates but wait where is roti and naan. We dnt have it they didnt served after so much arguments they served few and we have to keep asking for it. And then water its proper hot water not even room temperature and on compliment they said our fridge is not working. Are they only have one fridge for whole restaurant! Never go again.

An outdoor resturant with a good variety of dishes in aftar dinner buffer. Everything is okayish.

I had a very very bad experience in Rumi. Food quality is is not up to the mark. Specially mutton has a very odd and smelly and taste less. Poor higene and poor quality. I caught a waiter who is serving falooda savian with bare hands without gloves. He dips his dirty hand in Saviyan bowl without gloves because there is no one watching. When I caught he said sorry and serves the flooda to other customer. I also complain to the manager.Only good thing in Rumi is their ambiance nothing else.

Hi, I have visited rumis courtyard yesterday with my family on someones recommendation and Im giving them 4 stars for now. My overall experience was very good but there are certain things which I would like to mention so it can help managemnet of rumis improve. Firstly its an open area place and climate of Pakistan is hot tl, they should have Fans available to avoid heat and mosquitos while in open. Secondly the sitting arrangement is not so perfect as in sitting in one corner you cannot view to whole area, lastly the washroom needs to be worked on as high class comes there, the mirror installed is so low that you cannot see your face in it, the toilet itself was not clean and also the water was nor available. Apart from this the staff there is ver very humble, trained, very well organised and helping and food quality was alp good and quick.. Thanks.
