Healthy living craze has begun to grip Pakistan. Many people in Lahore chase calorie counts. Naturally, something had to come up that offered healthy food options. One such attempt is Grab Your Meal or GYM. They have several outlets, including in DHA. This one is just off MM Alam Road and near Mini Market. If youre looking for something chattpatta. This isnt it. But for a healthy bite - Go for it!

Miss the old menu. Liked the food better before as well. Beef rice bowl was underwhelming. Baked fries was undercooked. (Non)Spicy Mediterranean sandwich was okay, used to be way better. Courteous staff. Credit Card machine was out of order. Didnt get a receipt either. They did offer to save a photo of the receipt in my phone though.

Wraps are pathetic and watery. They taste like water as well. Not recommend.

The food is keto centric so the sodium content was low and it felt really light and easy on the stomach, it wasnt greasy at all and was filling. The fries seemed a bit on the soft side would have liked them a bit crispier on the outside, though I feel the sweet potato fries would have been a better option. The hummus was creamy and smooth had the right amount of tartness. The bowel was really nicely put and the lamb kabab has amazing flavour. The wrap was also very nice and I enjoyed it. I would say this is great place for some healthy eating and something different do try.

Overpriced for what its worth! Secondly the serving in substandard boxes with plastic cutlery almost makes it impossible to enjoy the food.Dine-in customers should be properly catered and the serving boxes should be only kept for takeaways!

I liked the food quality, taste and presentation etc. The prices could be slightly low. Id like to go there often l, rather daily had the prices been lower.

This place is so good, that Ive been there three times in under a month. Each time we go, we always order the different assortments of meat; the beef, lamb, chicken. Each dish is seasoned with its own spices and herbs which come out smelling savory and appetizing, unlike other places that use the same seasoning for all dishes.The Spicy Mediteranean wraps are one of my favourites. They are seasoned with a spicy seasoning and done just right, with the skin a bit crispy and the meat juicy which makes for a heavenly delight.

A must visit place to rightly delight your taste buds with customized sandwiches. Nice & clean Ambience. Good for small friends get-togethers

Taste is okay but this biggest issue is slow service. Even the lady at the cash till takes her time. She is so slow, seems like shes a trainee.

Ordered a double beef steak wrap with hummus, cottage cheese, and all vegetables... excellent quality and taste, highly recommend for those seeking a healthy and high protein meal.

While visiting Pakistan my nephew who is into healthy eating & overall everything healthy & eco friendly said that this is the best place to eat & he was right went in 4 of us pleasant delicious experience even the owner Mr. Omer asked how he could do more to an already positive experience ?
