** Pizza Hut Review **It was a sunny day when I visited this restaurant with my group of friends.Ambiance was normal. Entrance was ordinary. Services was not good as expected but still it was fine.Taste was normal with ordinary quantity as always.So overall it was a simple place for pizza party.

Good taste. But they take too much tax. Overall good for pizza lovers.

Pathetic, poor infra structure, under cooked food, incomplete serving, it seems they were Bad on propose.

They have new varieties of pizza now and their chilli pizza was awesome in taste. It was a new arrival there.

Very nice place. Amazing pizza. So delicious. It was really nice and affordable. the food was really good and filling. The service was awesome and the servers did exactly what we wanted with when and how to serve. We really enjoyed everything about this place and so did our guest. We really recommend this place. And for regular family meals. The pizza is authentic Italian pizza that you are sure to love.

This location is very poorly maintained. Half the menu items arent available. The place also lacks availability of common toppings. Furniture shakes in way that food spills are unavoidable. Staff girls however are patient and friendly.

I visited this branch after long time and its changed a lot. No more that clean as it used to be. Overall environmental also changed, not very well maintained. Food taste was was just normal. Staff behavior was fine.

The price is extra & i order small pizza but they serve us small pizza with extra price thats the bad service & price plan is also much high.

I always prefer Pizza Hut because of their unique taste and discount deals. What a pathetic services they offer. You should also try.

I have been Going to the Pizza Hut for a long But this Pizza Hut by far is the worst. There were so many people coming in and there was only one person who was taking orders. The tables were dirty, It took them more then 30 min to give our order. The glasses they gave us were like, they had never been washed in their entire life. The prices are so high that a small glass of Sprite costs almost $2. The manager well, he didnt care about anything in the middle of the Pizza Hut there was a Salad bar, he went their checked some of the salad and then put it on his hand and ate it. Thats crazy. At the end I gave my bill and they didnt gave me my correct change back and have the Audacity to tell me that we dont carry small change.The Worst Pizza Hut experience ever in Pakistan.P.S I asked for stuffed crust and they didnt have it.

Deals on HBL were totally bad.. overall quality of pizzahut is good however special discount offers are really bad.. as they lower the price they decrease the quality and staff at mall road branch is really annoying.. rates are variable specially on branded products like coke sprite they charged 215 rupees for 1.5 L bottle..Overall a really bad experience..

I dont know why Pizza hut reduced their quality. They have many other Pizza vendors have good now than Pizza hut. It is more than spice bread then a pizza. I dont know what happened with them for their compromised quality. Pizza hut now a good place to go and sit only but nothing to do with the pizza. Not recommend. One

If Pizza hut international or their company had witnessed what I experienced today, I am sure that they would have cancelled the franchise agreement immediately.1- Flies were every where. Not only domestic flies but the insects bearing big flies were also there.2- Tomato ketchup was unbranded. Whos taking its quality responsibility?3 - Pizza crust was half cooked. Couldnt believe that i am sitting in a multinational food chain.Have food at your own risk.

Dont go there ,Managing staff cheated me in such a way that I ordered 3 pan pizzas with garlic bread and 3 cold drinks by using Alfalah app. First they told me deal has been updated to 360 from 299 and second they refused to give Garlic bread by saying that offer has changed menu .After 2 day i verified from main branch then know that both statements were wrong neither price was raised nor menu .While serving he even did not want to give me cold drinks

Music is too loud but the sitting and taste is good.

The only reason this particular Pizza Hut got a lower rating is because I couldnt find it easily when I got there. Some bigger indication needs to be present to make it easier to find. Other than that the food and services were really excellent.
