We had a very great time at Otus rooftop.The overall ambiance was great. Food taste was little bit disappointing but eatable. Cannot say too good or too bad. Normal. The variety of their menu is less as compared to arcadian cafe.

It has become worse. The ambiance of place is just turned to zero from hero. It wasnt maintained, the walls had rough patches. It was absolutely empty there was nobody there. Most importantly, the food is absolute disaster its so expensive and the taste is zero. Their menu is also small. Not recommended. Please have mercy on yourself and dont ever visit it.

Ambience is very good. view is also good as its a rooftop restaurant.food taste was ok need bit of improvement. its maybe because of buffet they lack on it. but overall it was good.theres a good variety in buffet menu. they have selected dishes wisely to cater everyone.they need to work on prices as they need to it to compete with other options available close by.staff is good they understand and listen to you with a smile

Its a good restaurant. Although their food was just average in taste. My soup Otus special was good. Dhaka fish has no taste at all. But their molten lava was fresh n good in taste. Their service was slow today maybe due rush as it was Valentine day.

Visited for Meetup last night with fellows . The ambience and setting of the resturent is really nice basically its a open rooftop, so we are enjoying live music and coffee but their food not is the up to mark and not so good .

So the weather was amazing and it was the perfect place to since its a rooftop place so i decided to visit otus rooftop the place was amazing the environment was so good. Service was good too talking about the food i ordered stuffed chicken which was good in start the sauce the crisp was amazing until i came to know that the olives and jalapeno were making it a bit not tasty as it overall its a good place to go especially for birthdays

Very unprofessional staff.Charging for decorations and doing it in front of your loved once (the guest of honors) just imagine!!!!My wife booked for me and it was complete surprise for me when we reach there all surprise was gone as they didnt even reserve a table !!! And than they call us to come and we was standing and they are putting the things hehehehehe.After that no one came to take order in next 20 mins !!!! My wife went herself down to have order that is a surprise from them.Waste of money

The food was average, verging on bad. The service was quick though and the servers were very efficient, albiet slightly unprofessional. What was good about this place is the convenience of them offering decorating services at very affordable prices which is very helpful for birthdays and other special occassions. There is limited indoor seating too. Great for winters but can get hot in the summers.

Food is moderately good, we had chicken in a blanket which was delicious and chicken galilio and that was good too! Their Molten lava is good as well! I would rather mark the place as 7/10. It’s a rooftop place with dim lighting balky no lighting at all! Uncomfortable sitting place.. And a bit overpriced for birthday points.

There party decorations are really good bt they need to learn bit more about serving food

My stake was cold and when I told them they gave me one complimentary stake. The experience was good over all except the cold stake !Management is cooperative as well

Ok its review time!so lets start with food that shouldve served on sizziling trays was all cold and salty,Restroom was as bad as food was like there was no changing table for babies.Black tea came without milk and they dont bother to serve lemon slice with green tea.Over all experience was disappointing.

We the alumni ( architecture class of 1979) of National College of Arts Lahore had a 40th year reunion dinner party at this restaurant on December 21.2019. Roof top location was suggested by our Ex PCATP chairman Mr. Sikandar Hayat Khan. we gathered from KSA, Qatar, Islamabad , faisalabad and Lahore for this party in the severe cold with bit foggy environment. Though there was arrangement of Gas heaters yet the quantity of them was not sufficient to cater for a group of 20 people. We had Hot and Sour Soup, Chicken malaie, Chicken Karahi and Tikka and Chicken Boti and kabbab dishes. Food was really nice and dining in the cold environment had its own,MAZZA. Recommended for family and singles group gathering.

We celebrated a birthday party and booked the I closed area on rooftop. The location was perfect. But the food was not up-to mark for all the guest who ordered separately. Need to Improve food taste.

I visited them last year. They are so co-operative. They allowed me to select table of my choice and then they let me decorate the table. I arranged my friends birthday. I used my own supplies. Even they helped alot.Food was good. I ate blanket chicken. It was perfect. Must visit.

Bad experience here....I had a birthday party here but they didnt arrange as per our order as seen in their bright pictures nd our day was spoil due to their illiterate staff Nd our time was waste here Nd also the cake which we made here by order was taste less Nd they use a bad quality of chocolate in it....we really disappointed from here Nd I suggest u to all dnt go theres it just a money wasting place...I should be closed ...poor management...

It has good view. The food quality and taste is good. The ambience and tbe crowd is great. One thing they lack is a lift as it is a rooftop and one cannot always walk upstairs.

The birthday decor was fine, but the chicken steak I ordered was not properly cooked n starters I asked for were served after the main course n the cake for the birthday was very good in taste but still it wasnt upto my mark, lastly payment through card isnt always working so beware!

Had a delightful outdoor experience at the Otus. The decorations were simply breathtaking and lit up the nocturnal view of M. M Alam. On top of that the musical by teen taal studios, the rarest of rubab experts really made my night. I found the staff very courteous and polite. The manager even managed for a complimentary molten lava cake, which was a very sweet gesture. When it comes to food, I ordered their signature dish chicken in a blanket and chicken appetizer. To my surprise, I found the meal pretty ordinary. It was much more sweet than ordinary steaks. The only thing I loved in the menu was otus special seafood soup for which I am willing to revisit. Thank you!
