Hi, i had very bad experience with Noble hospital Rehman pura Branch,I would like to share my story to learn for others and hospital management.Its happened with me on 03/12/2020 when i visit to Dr Maqsood for follow-up whos serving there as Medical specialist.Receptionist & Manager introduce him as pulmonologist to me as i asked for this (when he is not)Dr, suggest me HRCT, CBC tests after that tests he said you consult with a pulmonologist on my reply thats what i asked on my visit if you was not related better decision was refuse on first day why after third day ? Dr become aggressive and throw back me fee he took and pushed me out from his room. I was totally not expecting this behavior from any doctor so i decide to contact admin staff they try to covered this issue with excuses.Appreciated them, and start looking an other hospital after waisting a week and suffering same pain.I never suggest any of my known to visit Noble hospital any more because bad behavior and only focusing for money making business only.My humble request to hospital owner consider on it, And welcoming to call me for more details.

Uncooperative staff. Cramped. Unhygienic. Overly expensive. No one knows whats going on there.thats what i have observed there during my brief time(12 hours) as doctor.

May be the only option available for basic emergency services in around its 1km radius, however nursing staff/treatment and behavior in emergency unit is pathetic, however doctor available there are good.

Very bad customer service. The lady on the counter after 12 pm ( without scarf) was even not looking towards me. I have to call another nurse so he can talk to her. The lady nurse wasnt following the doctor. The male nurse was always on phone while a patient was screaming, his mother was begging the nurse bhai injection laga lay, but he was on phone. They kept me on bed for 3 hours with 5+ injections and drips with zero results.

Its better visiting a local hospital instead of visiting this place
