Different people have different experience about it but my experience is good. i admit here because of entric fever.doctors and nurses take care very much specially nurses r very hard working and treat the patients in good way.

Fazul hospital, we came here in emergency, first receptionist call to wake up the doctor, he came down, spend 10 mins and left again for sleep by asking nurse for the drip.further no proper staff available in night shift, sitting with patient and bearing mosquito bites constantly.Also the nurse was not so competent, in first attempt she swelled the hand as i believe that she inserted it wrong. So than after tried another attempt on other hand which was successful as without swelling.Better to go to any Govt emergency than private, specially at night so you can have better doctor or staff available there.

Well reputed and caring doctors. The management is very professional. The building is clean, tidy and well maintained. Certainly one of the best private hospitals in Lahore !!!

Hospital staff are uneducated & rude.and staff are not follows the hospital rules.i think hospital mangement are in sleep and cant take step against this type of staff.Staff facilitates own relatives & friends.

I do visit this hospital to get my family check up from Dr. Waseem Shafqat, a senior and qualified doctor.I think like Dr. Waseem Shafqat they have other senior doctors on board as well.However, the hospitals administration seriously needs to work on some of the very basic needs of the patients and visitors of the hospital. Like the waiting area where patients have to wait their turn is equipped with only fans. And during summer days especially when number of persons sitting in the waiting lobby it becomes very suffocative without AC.I hope the hospitals admin responsibly consider the suggestions with regard hospitals environment and will make it more comfortable for the patients, attendants and visitors.Thanks

Visited on 12th oct 16. First time.Emergency was found very neat and clean as well as bed, staff attended us very politely specifically nurse and lady doctor who were very young behaved excellent and checked my wife minutely. I really very pleased.

Staff is OK. Rooms are the dirtiest in town (cockroaches in room which costed me Rs 15000 per night). They really need to work on their structure

I visited today, invironmen is cleañ here stuff is not so friendly but docter here are good and qualified, one of a good hospital of this area
