It is a public sector facility. 24/7 service available. But during odd hours one may face difficulty to find consultant or senior doctors.But still one of the best facility in town.

Extremely Rude behaviour of staff...Nurses even dont know ho to talk...They took a baby like a toy and they want to play with it...i lost my son because of this ...Really,,Really a worst experience here

Rude behaviour of staff. No proper trained staff in neonatal unit. Staff doing experiments/learning on babies. Too much mortalities due to infection. No proper practices follow to avoid infection. Even healthy babies get infected from hospital.

State of the art hospitals for children. Free treatment, medicines, checkup, tests. Building area is very big and speedy treatment is in emergency. Initial issue is to make a parchi in long queue. There is good combination of juniors and seniors doctors. Initially, junior visits all patients and severe cases are seen right after by seniors on recommendation of juniors.Nurses are rude and their behaviour need to be improved. There are huge pressure of work in this hospital but this would not allow anyone to be rude during treatment. Capable staff is there but to deal with people needs huge improvment. OPD was closed due to strike when I visited, this must be handled on immediate basis by both parties (govt and doctors).There is huge load of punjab in this hospital, so space issues in wards. Punjab Govt needs to make atleast 6 hospitals like that to address every medical issue of children of punjab.

Extremely rude or I would say humiliating behavior of doctors as if they are working for free and dont get any salary from govt.They dont know how to talk to the patients and parents who have been waiting all day to be checked.I believe there should be an another degree that would teach them some humanity.I wish there was a negative rating, worse hospital as it could be. Lucky if you get checked by the Doctor as it is accommodating people from all over Punjab.

Extremely rude behaviors of doctors,nurses all the other workers the behave like we are salves to them.... Checkup timing is 8:oo and doctors are coming to hospital at 10 or 11 oclock i think we are not able to get out of crisis. They talk so much badly.

Last week, i took my daughter to the emergency ward of this hospital.I was amazed to see the services provided.* FREE OF COST registration( no parchi fee). no huge line up*i took my daughter to the doctor after registration. she was attended on her turn (second in the Q)*medicine and blood test were prescribed. I was surprised these were FREE OF COST.*Medicine was available from the hospital pharmacy. Didn’t have to go out of the hospital.*After getting the blood test results, my daughter was discharged from the hospital( total 3 hours).While waiting for the blood test results, i was observing and even asked couple of patients and staff members too.Following are my finding,*In case of emergency case, Doctors do not ask for the registration/parchi. They reach to the patient ASAP. I witnessed two serious patients.*there is special emergency triage at the entrance to help serious patients and their parents.Once doctor starts examining the serious patient, one of the parent goes to the registration desk. There is no delay to treat serious patients.I appreciate all of the doctors working in emergency especially Dr Wasif. They have lots of patience.There are two actions should be taken by the management.* There is no CAR Parking. only motorbike parking is available.* this is serious. Everyone is using cell phones(didnt see doctors were using). even nurse was on the phone while she was taking out the needle from daughters arm.laboratory clerk was on the cell phone. Other clerks were too.Overall satisfied with the services provided by the Children Hospital.

People from Lahore and than all over Punjab visit this hospital for their children check up.Thats why there is always a huge rush of patients and Doctors could not examine the patients attentively. So there a need to extend the hospital and open such hospitals in other district of Punjab to ease the congession.

I want to visit this hospital.. because my daughter is Ill. her nerves system is damaged.. so can any one have idea about this disease..? I want to get info of hospital for this disease.

No doubt it is One of the leading medical/healthcare facility in Pakistan.
