Average hospital.They do not have a receipt system nor do they offer any sort of wait in line or queue.Doctors leave office during office time and do not respond.For even a simple eye check-up, one has to run in between multiple floors.

Its the best eye care centre in Lahore with most experienced doctors and latest tech. Its headed by Dr. Latif who is senior most in his field in whole Pakistan. A number of experienced doctors perform a number of tests to finalize your laser or other surgeries. The staff is very professional and prices are very moderate. I will highly recommend for anyone looking for best centre for laser surgery. Theres a little wait there so arrive half hour after the schedule time.

I take appointment for my kid for today but still waiting in hospital since last 6 hour....& Still have no turn. There is no value for time & turn. I didnt have any negative interaction with the staff; seemed okay. I really appreciated the professional attitude of the doctors. They are not roping in patients for more visits and more money, so thats a huge plus.They may not have auto machines to check eye sight but after having been to so many doctors I feel that a doctors experience surpasses the auto machine. I am happier to be checked manually. It has less room for error.Dr. Latif was right on dot to arrive, and his attitude was great. I would recommend this hospital.

Staff management & patient care is so poor. However consultants are getting patients due to their popularity.Owners should check staff behaviour and reception. Their must be a difference between a Govt. & Private institution.Dr. Latif is a wonderful & experienced consultant.

For eye lasik check up fee is 3500 which is too much compare to other clinics which is 1500 i went there they charged me 3500 and then they told me im not illegible for lasik so you never know they will charge you check up fee and then it will be wasted so try to find where check up fee is less

Environment is good. Staff is co-operative. Waiting area is good you wont feel any difficulty while waiting. Doctors are competent and friendly. Rates are also affordable (1000 consultancy fee) as compare to other clinics and hospitals especially Hameed Latif which is nearby. A complete house for eye related problems and issues.

Poor time management. I had to get a visual field exam they said you can come at 10am. I came around 9:40. Now it’s 10:40 still nothing done. Apparently the person who is supposed to do the test has not arrived yet. I wish people can consider the value of at least someone slse’s time if not their own.people are sitting and waiting since 9:00.receptonist arrived at 10 and then everyone jumped to her no body was making sure that there should be a queue so that whoever came first get to see the doctor first.Poor experience want to leave but unfortunately not many places in town offer this test.

I visited this center about four five years back. Its incredible how rude their cashier imran was with generally every patient. Since most of their patients are from south punjab because of dr. latifs background, so their staff somehow think its their right to mis-treat them. I was so apalled at the way they were dealing with patients that I went to talk to dr. latifs son. He showed some concern but once he left, the same cashier came to me and demanded to know what I had achieved by complaining about him. I was so disgusted that I, and another patient who was also waiting for his appointment left immediately.I still cant believe if it was really happening. Staff was literally shouting at every patient. May be it was part of some research because otherwise I cant believe it could have been happening in real world.

Very good doctor Dr imran akram...But there is no token system for patients..You will get time on phone and on the date when you go there you have wait for 3 to 4 hours... even after getting time before...

Got laser eye surgery done, the Pre op procedures were satisfactory but the Doctor gave zero counselling about the post OP problems. I had to call and check if Inwas going blind or if it was normal! On complaining the Doctor simply said you should have asked yourself and did not admit to his mistake. The patients are supposed to be counselled!! Not everyone knows everything about every medical procedure. I was so disappointed that I paid so much money and got such doctors
