Its an expensive private hospital with good equipment. Hospitals have made the health a business. They delay the treating process.I have visited the physiotherapy department of the hospital, Rehabcure. Dr. Waseem is the head physiotherapist. Hes a nice person, with actual training and skill of physiotherapy. Hes humble and kind. Soft spoken. He always tries to find the root cause. Per session of physiotherapy costs 2000/-. Overall experience is good. If you have any kind of pain in body give it a visit.

Just like other so called well manged hospitals. They are only interested in your pocket size and weight. Services are no good than any average hospital in lahore.Less luckily people in lahore have almost no good, not even adequate options to get diagnosed and treated.Just to save their own time, and to accumulated maximum fees, the doctors call up patients hours and hours before so when they are free from the previous patient the next patient is readily available to them. Health care services are horrific in Lahore.

I went there for MRI. I just thought it could be a great hospital as it is located on posh area of lahore. They extremely over charged for scans. I paid for without contrast MRI and they started it but suddenly they stoped it or asked me for contrast or pay extra charges for it.The behaviour of radiologist was extremely rude as i said I don’t need it.Go somewhere else, poorest service providers.

I had an appointment with Dr Fayaz ( radiologist) for biopsy at 1. They kept us waiting for more than a hour. Upon asking when the doctor would reach his attendant kept on saying that the doctor is on his way, who finally showed up at 2:20. Later the receptionist told that his routine time of arrival is between 2:30 and 3:30. When your routine time is after 2:30 then why are you wasting other peoples time by calling them 1 and a half hour earlier. Your setup is big and you charge handsomely, so why are you least concerned about patients time? We switch to private setups giving some extra in order to have some perks like little hassle and time conservation, but unfortunately they wasted ours.

Very Well organised and quality services they offer. I had a very good experience over there.Wheelchair accessible entrance.They have mini cafe at main entrance.

Pathetic experirnce with ortho doctor.No management of hospital.I have taken appointments but sometimes doctor did not come or sometimes come and go early.After one week visits, I could not still get doctor...although I have fee in advance....Pathetic service, never recommend.....its only for lab tests, not as a hospital

Very poor service. They took 17,400 for MRI and now they are delaying for report with lame excuses. Its gonna be 4 days and still I didnt received the report.Very very disappointing service. Highly censure.

They dont even deserve 1 star they just want money only money they dont care about what patient & their faimlies are going through.Please if you Love your Faimly & Friends dont go their,Firstly confirm & search the Best Hospital for any surgery Please.Government Hospitals are the best if not then go to Best private hospital.

Used to be a very good hospital back in the day, now its pathetic!

Irresponsible staff, especially the on-duty doctors (I have had better with the on-duty doctors of a government hospital). They had no regard for patients condition and either never showed up or got to the room late and after being called multiple times. The post-op care was abysmal for a private hospital and lead to fatal complications.The surgeons there might be able to do routine surgeries, but if you want to get a complex surgery done, I would recommend going somewhere else. Neither their senior doctors nor other doctors and nursing staff are capable of providing the care required to perform non-routine surgeries.

Very Bad Experience....Dont recommend to any one, specially CT ScanOn call they said we charge RS. 8,500/- for CT Scan but after scanning they said scan report charges is not included & it is RS. 3000/-.CT Scan time was SAT 4:00 p.m. & report provided day after tomorrow at 9:30 pm.i requested many times, my daughter have pain in kidney & i have appointment at 8:00 pm. please need your help but the behavior was very rude on phone. like we dont care.

Pathetic service and unprofessional behavior. No care for patients. Dont use their lab.I got many Pre-Op tests before my back surgery, one of which was Vit D. A day before the surgery I went to get results and was surprised to see Vit D showing >70 ng/mL as a result. I have got Vit D checked many times before from other labs like Shaukat Khanum and Chughtai Labs and always get exact value. Even got around 130 ng/mL once. Value >100 is toxic and very imp for patient to know.On my inquiry I was told that they have to do something MANUALLY for values >70 and I didnt ask so they didnt do. Now they cant do coz my sample has been discarded. When I got upset they asked me to give the sample again and will do the test for free.After my back surgery I came to gave the sample and also paid to get Vit B12 checked as my Doc asked me to get Methycobal injections.Few days later went to get the results but was given multiple lies. First they said they didnt do Vit D test. Then they said they have done the test but need IT Manager to approve to overwrite previous test result. I asked them to let me know the value verbally and then they couldnt find the result. After wasting my 1 hour which started my back pain as well as I was only 3 weeks into the back surgery, they told me that I should give another sample now! Seriously they think its a joke. Shocking!I filled a complaint form which supposedly their MD checks but havent heard from them in a week.Pathetic service. Messed up processes.

Nice location and presentation

I found this place super pricey and the staff very unfriendly. Actually, I was reffered by my doctor for MRI saying they will charge me 10k only. Upon arrival, staff handed over me a bill worth 12560 . Also staff told me that a text message will be sent after 8 hours confirming that report is ready for pick up. 18 hours are gone so far and No text as of now

Services not proportionate to what they charge. I was given an appointment for 4 30, and doctor only saw me at 5 30, not because of any emergency, but just because he had wandered off. It has happened to me twice
