Come on a Sunday afternoon. It was not busy. The cashier described the special offers and menu to me. Actual order took some time but I ordered a burger so I expected it to take some time. Order was warm and well packed. Overall decent experience. Food was also nice at eating.

Not a big fan of KFC since my childhood but you do you and get yourself a mighty zinger if youre hungry enough. The twister wouldnt get you stuffed and you might get hungry again. Love the staff and the service.

The cavalry KFC has always been a big part of my childhood, Ive always remembered going there as a kid and enjoying it. And Im glad they moved to a new place, it brought new life into the restaurant.The rice and spice is great and the Kentucky burger is just fantastic.

Slow service and restaurant team behaviour with foodpanda rider isnt good. And guard behaviour is very rude. I m also customer of kfc and i m doing part time job but thats not mean i hv no repect i m a student and doing digital marketing plz improve ur service and staff behaviour thanks.

Environment is kept real good. Neat and clean and very well maintained all the time.One of the best locations for KFC to visit is Cavalry Ground.

Excellent staff and brilliant food from the cooking/taste standards. Extremely efficient service. Neat and tidy place. Covid-19 SoPs were observed to be in full compliance. Competitive with any KFC across the globe.

Misbah was great help as I left from KFC 5 minute ago but I love her service.

All staff included managers are non professional.only 1 female cashier named anita was looking professional trained.

Last night ordered food from kfc cavelry branch....bt was sooo disappointed the food was not even near to fresh... fries were like sticks n the leg piece had no spiece in it either ....jst soo disheartened on this... 2nd last time i ordered food was jst okie... bt this tym i had to complain....wont order again...:( :(

New kfc building was much needed from long tym ago. Old kfc building was small and damp . Kfc needs to upgrade its quality especially in chicken pc sizes and chips

Please carry your ear plugs or ear muffs with you whilst going here. They put the music very loud that conversing with the order taker becomes a challenge. They are oblivious to the fact that such loud noises cause permanent damage to ears. Else it is like any other KFC.

KFC has recently changed location of their Cavalry Ground, Lahore branch along with new interior. Tried their Mighty Zinger it was good. Interior is nice only needs to work on cleanliness. Good news is that KFC give tea, coffee as well now.

This place was best during childhood, this was one of the best meal, but now everything vanished. I do not like Zinger any more now but I visited again and ordered Mighty Zinger, after almost 6 years, this was good experience, not much good but satisfied.

Slow service but delicious and good quality of food in terms of freshness

The last experience is very bad. We take different deals from them after eating them every single persons stomach went off.

I am visiting this place since forever.. its been more than a decade.. The quality over the year decreased but I am happy they are working to improve it again.. I love their Chicken Rice & Kentucky Burger.. Highly recommended

KFC was my childhood favorite restaurant and sadly it failed to maintain its standards. They serve ordinary zinger burgers and there is nothing special in their menu. I wish someday it brings reforms and maintain its standard and compete its rivals like hardees or howdy.

Its a New KFC, in Cavlary Ground Commertial Market Lahore.... The Restaurant is Clean and has great outside views .. its not overly crowded specially at lunch timings... and is cozy... I would recomend it for Fastfood Experience

Provide low quality food when you avail discount cards. Thus no benefit for discount. And further KFC should enhance their food taste. If want to value your money please think before go to KFC. However due to part of multi national food chain have some attraction there in franchise like neat n clean place, trained staff and cashless facility but taste of food should be according to taste of locals like some spicy.

Customer service is excellent and taste is awesome.

Quality of food is deteriorating day by day. Anyhow, ambiance of Cavalry Ground lahore Branch is satisfactory as compared to other branches in Lahore. Number of staff at each outlet are too less. Moreover, their is no system of numbering held at counter. If you do not tell them that you have given order , than no one is birthed to call you . You have to keep waiting for your orders. KFC should be run in Pakistan by KFC itself not through franchise or through rights

Hit and miss. I get diaarhea 1 out of 5 times i eat. Somethings up with the spices or oil they use. The people running the place are alright

However this facility is not spacious enough to give the customer any comfort during their stay, the tables are too in your face which results in having to whisper for a private conversation or worse, eavesdropping on someone elses.PS: Never have coffee from kfc they dont maintain the machines as much as they should.

I tried zingeratha which was tasty but zinger burger was a bit soggy and very much oily.

Enjoyed my wow meal/deal. Zingratha was a disaster. Serving staff need some training. KFC should add some order no holdings or KANBAN identification so that each time order server should not keep on shouting order no XYZ to find out where receiver is sitting.

If you dine in you can have fresh meal. But you have to ask for fresh fries everytime. Delivery is total waste. Always visit the kfc and ask for dine in then you may pack it later.

They served chicken pieces with blood inside. When I complaint they casually said They seem undercooked and collect it from counter after 10min After 10min he gave me same back and never ever apologized even..... It looks as it is a common thing or even not a problem for him...

It is good to have a KFC franchise in Cavalry Ground Commercial Area because there isnt any other fast food brand or franchise but this KFC franchise is not good for food quality as well as for ambiance.Very congested area. It has two sitting floors. The basement has playing area for kids and is mostly reserved for childrens functions like birthday parties etc.

Food was good but play area was at second floor. Its difficult for elders or ppl having knee issues.
