If you want to try something new, go for their new Kentucky Burger. Literally, its the best burger you can get anywhere at any fast food chain. This outlet is to the extreme right end of Packages Mall food court.

Within the food court, KFC, is the only amazing place to go and grab a snack for yourself. Their service was fast too, as we had to go and watch a movie in half an hour—5 minutes of wait time was quite reasonable. Overall, a recommended place and a good experience.

Kfc food appearance, freshness, quantity and quality have taken a hit recently in Lahore. They have introduced delectable items recently including the Kentucky Burger (Yes its back!) along with the rice & spice box and Zinger stacker, these are the most flavor-packed items from kfc for me. They lack in customer handling and food freshness (on one too many occasions) hence my rating. Overall I would like them to assure ingredient quality, food freshness and customer handling.

Food was delicious as always in KFC, you will have to keep your expectations real. One dumber is the wait here is too much. These guys need to improve their processing or preparation time. Rest everything is as usual KFC, good food long queues for orders and then for collecting the order.

My experience at this KFC in Packages Mall was very bad. The chicken was dry and not crispy. The bun was very bad and crumbly. The bun was not soft and felt like it was old and not fresh. The burger over all was very bad and was made with very low standards. The fries were also bad and tasted bland. The fries were old and they were not fresh. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this KFC and also I had to wait extremely long for my food and yet it was not fresh, I am very disappointed.

This is one of my favorite places. Everything from the starters to the entrees to the desserts meshed perfectly with my flavor-profile. I found the ambiance to be very charming. Everything I tried was bursting with flavor. The waitress was prompt and polite. I would eat here every day if I could afford it!

The food quality at this KFC in Packages Mall is very bad. I ordered a zinger burger and the bun was very bad tasting, it felt like it was very old. The chicken was very dry and not crispy. The fries that came with my meal were not fresh. The burger was very bad.

The food quality was good. I have given one star to kfc packages because the staff was inefficient. I specifically asked for a room temperature water bottle, In english and urdu, both but still was served with chilled water. Upon my inquiry they responded we do not have room temperature water. Customer load increased at one point at the counter, given the staff was slow at service. Also, the staff was not responsive if a question was asked.

The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it. The breakfast buffet on Sunday was equally as good. Everything was amazing, and we enjoyed perfect wait service from Jazzi.

Its again a famous food chain in lahore but not my favorite one. Its burger range is also average n taste too. We have more better choices on sake of our money. They must improve food quality n deals now.

My experience with my family was terrible at the location in Packages Mall. The bun was very bad tasting and the chicken was not fresh despite having a wait time of 20 minutes. The fries also tasted bland and the meal does not taste like actual KFC in North America.

One of the best fast food ....there quality is amazing and the taste of kfc in pakistan is same as it is in foreign countries...ek boxmaster hota tha i hope k ye phir se dena shuru krdein i love that sandwich but unfortunately they have stop making it....staff is also good but some workers are rude... and i would love to work for kfc if they allow me? I highly recommend kfc for small gatherings.
