Its Good. It have almost all the shops from boutique to Jewelry. It is a 5 floor building.First two floor are for shopping,clothes jewelery,watches,bags and every other stuff. the third floor also have shops but it also includes a kids area which have a jumping palace. The fourth floor is exclusively for Food. Fifth floor has a gymnasium and gaming place I think so. The top floor has a Cinema.

Amanah Mall is one of the best mall in Lahore Model town link road, everyone has to visit every week.

It is low level Chinese products at higher rates under one roof.Though some products have quality like handfree or ear plugs

Rip off prices. I mean, simple pillow toys were costing an arm and a leg, and for what exactly? Because they are supposedly imported?Staff was helpful and great, though.

You can get high quality products from here and the cost of the products are also reasonable.

Avoid the electricals, they only have a 7 day returns policy even if the item is faulty they wont give you your money back. They gave me a complaints number to call but when I called it was not recognised. When I returned to the store, they told me that it was an old number, gave me a new one (why not just give the correct one first time and avoid me wasting so much of my time?) but I was leaving for London the next day. Way too much effort for a 1100rs pair of earphones. There should be a reasonable time limit on faulty items, I dont know if this is normal for Pakistan but in the UK a manufacturers warranty will usually cover electricals for 1yr. Youd certainly be able to return it if it develops a fault after only 2 weeks.

Variety is not sufficient

10/10 quality! Bought a purse from here costing about 800 rupees. I am a very rough user. I am using it since 3 months and it looks as good as new. Besides purses and wallets, their other things are also very good and the major attraction is the competitive price. You can get evrything needed in a house excluding furniture from here!

It was pathetic. Nothing special there but prices were too high. Amanah mall too was boring at extreme.

A brand for the old China Sale Mela. Cheap products in expensive wrapping and covers. Have poor customer care and irrelevant products and have no SOP for products.

I bought a bluetooth wireless speaker from Miniso a few weeks ago. When I brought it home, it did not work properly. Then I got busy and did not have the time to go back. Today I went back to exchange it and they just refused to entertain my request, saying that it has been more than 7 days. What kind of a rule is this? Its an international company and if a product is faulty, its their job to exchange the product and provide proper customer service to the client. I also wanted to buy a selfie stick today but based on their POOR customer support, I refuse to buy anything from this shop now and in the future. When I objected to their attitude, some people shopping there also joined me and started agreeing to all that I was saying. I live in the US and if you take back a purchase even after one year, most stores not only exchange it but also return it and give the money back. This is pure exploitation of customer rights and I am going to contact Miniso Japan and take up this matter with them.

I went there with high expectations and reputation due to Japanese name. But it was shear disappointment and heartbreak due to staff behaviour along with strange policy.it was first time and unfortunately last. Wont recommend it. I shopped worth 4000 for some toys. At the counter I asked the cashier to return a stuffed toy as I thought it was of 550 but it was of 800. Prices were not mentioned on all shelves. Thats y misconception rouse but straight away refused to return.Have been Visited almost all big brands but never had such experienceIt was iqbal town branch
