The service was amazing and rep which assisted me was amazing even tried to help me oit of his usual comfort zone and that too with a smile. Plus they had a very strict policy for covid safety. So 5 stars.

Although it had been 4 days since my online complaint and PTCL hadnt provided me with a replacement modem, the staff at this office however was very helpful and took less than 15 minutes to provide me a replacement device. Thanks guys.

Very expensive and stupid dont ever

Had gone to pay my PTCL bill. There was a token machine but token nos were being tracked by humans. Maybe staff had gone for lunch when I went but had to wait for about 15 minutes for my turn. There was a machine available for paying bill by cash. When my turn came, action was quick.

They are most annoying staff they know nothing

You can deposit your bill through ptcl deposit machine even in night its so easy I deposit my bill at 10 o clock in night excellent ptcl service

Polite staff but very very bad service from PTCL’s end. Applied for transfer of phone to new residence. Standard time for this procedure is max 10 working days. It has been more than a month and half and nothing has happened despite repeated reminders on 1218.
