Thank you so much to be in Iqbal town. But I have an issue. Last week I bought nonstic pan there is a serving spoon in that box. As I came back and checked that one its quality was too much cheap. I was shocked to see that. This even not useful for cooking. As well as not good for nonstick pan. Cheap quality doesnt suites Al Fatah I guess you. We trusted you and your products but this time i really shocked me.

The store is just ok as compared to other Alfateh stores as it has limited stock and hasnt parking space. Imported products arent available here

Very disappointed with product.I have bought shaving machine from Al-Fateh Shopping mall (Iqbal Town)yesterday. Now i am going to shave but machine is not working more than one minute after a charge of one hour.At store, I was thinking that i am buying a genuine product. But a big name is cheating with their customer.

I am customer of this store since it was a simply grocery shop in Tolliton Markeet Mall Road Lahore. Its services and supplies are good not even in Lahore but also in Faisalabad and Islamabad. I use to buy the things rather prefer to buy the commodities from here. The staff is very polite except a person named Mr. Zafar who was monitor of grocery area at Allama Iqbal Town store. He was a third class person. He often used derogatory language with his customers. I protested in the store about his behaviour. Thanks Allah he has been transferred from this store and now probably working at Gulberg store. 4 stars

Good store. Products are original. Food products are fresh. But in grocery, food items and other products they give least promotions like other departmental stores and if they give, difference of prices is just nominal. Anyway, i recommend this store.

I dont really like this place. Just enough, for not to say small,if we compare to Rahim store, located next door.The choices are minimal.The bakery department is not even worth talking about. Its just to say there is one. White cotton bags to replace plastic ones.It is very good thing. But why sell at the price of 10 Rs, When at Rahim Store the same item is for 8 Rs. Another dark point is the parking, because there is not at all.

They overcharge and they havent have the policy of returning goods, they dont give your money back but they compel you to buy something else from them.

Feels congested, slightly claustrophobic, especially basement grocery section. never liked shopping here esp. during covid-19 pandemic days

Some items are expensive than Al Rahim store.

The makeup saleswomen are rude and have given wrong or expired products multiple times and refuse to listen to what you require and instead will try to attack you of you try to change the wrong products. Specially the senior ones.

Visited their toy section. The staff their didnt know how to set or handle different toys, including drones and telescopes. Took them 1 hour just to understand the basic funtions. Out of 4 drones, they were only able to install one properly.

The place has lots of items besides grocery. They have household items including, but not limited to, glassware and lamps. They also have a good stock of imported items in their grocery section, located on the basement level. Also, you will find blood pressure and blood sugar measuring apparatus and Parker pen refills. There is an issue of very few parking area and the space inside can feel very cramped at peak times. However, it provides a good shopping experience with a wide variety of almost everything under one shop.

Good place to find authentic imported products. Has a very nice collection of wrist watches. Their Aroma bakery offers great quality breads. Does not really beat its nearby competitor price wise. I only prefer to come here for a calm shopping experience compared to its competitor.
