I went to the centre at Liberty Parking area with my family today at 12:10 pm and took token no. 142 for issuance of Character Certificate to apply for Canadian Immigration. The service quality was unbelievably impressive, especially in view of the fact that I neither use any reference nor can think of any bribery. I take this opportunity to appreciate all staff members posted at the centre as well as all officers managing these centres which shall contribute significantly to change perception of the police department in general public and convert us into a civilised nation. Lets hope & pray for such professional attitude in all government departments. LONG LIVE PAKISTAN

Its really amazing to have such a beautiful and efficient police office in Pakistan. the crew was disbelievingly cooperative. it took me only 10 minutes to complete my character certificate application. i pray that all government departments learn lessons from Police Khidmat Markaz and implement in their departments.

I went to get a police verification certificate and driving license renewel. The staff was nice and courteous. They were clear in what things I need to get my things done. They also helped me at multiple points in filling out a form. Similarly the traffic police counter was also efficient in performing their job. They had a working token system and I did not see anyone being given any favours . I had only a couple of hours to get my things done and it really worked. Its nice to see police doing their job effectively. I wish it remains the same and grows even better iA.
