Best way is to visit personally this office. A well known for all types of visa regulation. After Corona pandemic nthie office specified its dealings in specific visas like family and business. Visit visas are not opened yet. Prior ly they deal first come first serve basis but after COVID-19 they deal appointments. Appointments are open on their website. If you do not have any appointment they deal only first 10 persons each day before 2 pm. Its suggested that you first complete your documents then take appointment and then visit them. So that they can deal you more efficiently. We all should be careful with SOPs. Stay careful, stay safe.

They have nice service but I received email one week before for decision on my application but I did not receive call so far for Pasport collection

The security is very high. They dont let you take any digital device along with you while going in the main building. The environment is comfortable & staff is helpful. This place is wheelchair accessible.

The customer service staff were very helpful and the facility itself is very top notch! Just the parking is an issue but overall really liked the whole process.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable environment. The whole process here consumes an hour or so. They dont have a dedicated parking space and people usually park their cars at the parking space of ganga ram hospital. It is better to book an appointment before 9am so that one can find parking easily; it also reduces the waiting time at the applicationcenter.

It was a very wonderful experience to apply for the Uk visitor visa. Now I have been informed to come and collect my visa within the given period of 15- 20 days. The system of information to the clients is very worthwhile and sophisticated. I appreciate the services of the staff and admire their cooperation
