They need to do a lot for clients attraction. Continuously shopping without finding a place to sit and rest for a while is really difficult. Must offer some rest areas.Many Cash counters are there but it was disappointing that only one cash counter was working. The one carrying 2 or 3 products would not appreciate to wait for his turn until a prior customer get his full monthly groceries billed first.They charge Rs 30 for one polystyrene bag (costly than ordinary departmental store). I suggest that these bags should be offered at much cheaper price and in frequent qty. Definitely it would be a great attraction and convenience for clients to come to CSD for buying especially when they wont intend to by in bulk.

Was my 5th or 6th visit to csd cavalry ground...everytime i have been there they have been short of carrier bags ...which is a big hassle and then 5 -6 attendants stand together chatting away and dont budge to help till asked ...i was in a compromised situation as had a fractured shoulder and was wearing a sling but no one even bothered to help...very disappointed...i hope this is looked into and taken care of...regards.

I think this is the biggest CSD shopping mall of Pakistan. All type of groceries available. Moreover vegetables and fruits are of very good quality and reasonable rates.

Good for grocery, fruit shop and meat shops are nice, neat & clean but little expensive.CSD is mainly focused to entertain army servants only, discounts and installment plans are not for civilians.Large parking lot is good for hassel free car parking.Covid-19 SOPs are compromised.

Just okay.... No food corner. Just Awesamosas and Gloria Jeans coffee. Also rush/security management wasnt good enough. Prices were fair enough not so much discounted, most products were being sold at market rate this too on the grand opening when they promoted the opening with promises of special discounts...Cleanliness though was fine.

CSD is the biggest chain of supermarkets in the country and also one of the oldest too. This store is the newest addition to Lahore and located in Cavalry ground. CSD has occupied the ground floor while the first and second are being developed. Parking space could have been better considering the size of market that would be developed.Imported items are typically not available here. For those, you can go to Green Valley, Al Fatah etc. There is a fruit and vegetables shop and meat by Zabeeha. They also offer little trolleys for your kid to get a shopping experience. Overall, prices are pretty reasonable and the overall experience is good.

Maximum cash counters should be operational to avoid long waiting for the customers to clear their bills. Supervisors must remain vigilant and look after the discipline of the workers and to instruct the staff to have smooth conversation among themselves rather shouting and talking loudly in some indecent way. The background music selection needs much delicate attention, there is no harm to have nath نعت but it must be some soft sweet touch as we enjoy at Green Valley stores. Price tags must be clear and prominent.

Strict security check when you enter premises, parking area is good enough. It seems like a mini mall, very nice place to shop with family.Staff is well trained, polite and helpful. Items are properly stacked and refilled anytime.Prices are good but they are famous for subsidized prices which is wrong. Overall experience is good and would recommend others to shop from CSD Cavalry ground.
