They never have small serving and if you order a small cup they’ll simply place an order for medium, charge for medium and won’t even tell you. Plus their frozen chocolate contains more ice than chocolate. Their prices even higher compared to other (better tasting chains) like coffee planet. Though the seating is enjoyable. Just an average overall.

Best coffee shop for availability of indoor air conditioned smoking area with large display screen and easy chairs. Recommended any day of the week or any time if the day. Smoke cigarettes, vape or cigar is no problem here. With courteous wait staff.

Today i tasted their hot chocloate n cappicuino. Hot chocalate was very good in taste. Cappucino was average. But expensive place...

Im extremely disappointed by the quality of their recipes as well as their serving. The staff is decent and knowledgeable. However, the taste of their hot drinks is seriously off the mark. The cherry on top is the luke warm temperature of their hot drinks. Seriously guys ️

Too Late service and Very Expensive

The coffee is good, staff is attentive, plenty variety of desserts and sitting area is open and spacious with fresh look. Only downside is that few coffee items on menu are not available.

Great coffee for coffee lovers. They offer tasty sandwiches along with the coffee which is very enjoyable.They have made small area but it is well decorated and very cozy. The new mini cakes are very tasty and one must try the fudge cake which is a speciality and you will love the brilliance of the taste. Take a break, have a great coffee!

First, it took them 10-15 minutes to get us cold coffee and there was just one more customer. they simply forgot that we even ordered. Secondly, the taste. It never tasted like an international brand. It was just water with coffee flavor, which too wasnt strong. Half of the glass was filled with ice and taste is something thatll haunt me in night. Worst experience.

Favourite coffee place

This is one of the well known coffee shop in Lahore and having many other branches at different places. I personally say that they have good quality of coffee, snacks and desert with them. The staff is courteous and they make the coffee as per taste. Thus is right choice for coffee lovers and especially the seating arrangement is very good and you will have a great view of mall while enjoying your cup.

Such a bad experience, coffee shop not have small empty cups to serve, they want us to wait untill other customers finish thier coffee and then they will serve in same cups..total numbers of small cups they have four..what a shame for such big brand.Please dont spoil your name and act fast second cup manager pakistan.

Its a very famous coffe at lahor and if i am not wrong its True amazing coffe shop. If you are live lahore i hope agree with if you are out of lahore you must try i hope you love second cup . Coffee almost all very testy and cakes wow awesome . View inside outside all second cup branch very beautiful. Staff members very cooperate and service very fast.
