I would like to guide you that FBR and Govt. of Pakistan hy stopped free activation of mobiles after 30-06-2019. No body can active mobile through passport even his peraonal (one) phone. Everybody has to pay heavy taxex/duties for activation of his personal cell phone. So no need to visit there.

Likely the worst run govt department! Actually it is not even running. It is chaos in a building!

The service here is very bad. Me and my family have been calling them 36 times a day since 2 weeks. And not even once have they picked up.

Unknown from consumer rights (telecom consumer protection act) & technology. Moreover they ignore the law & evidence if presented by the user. The complaint is still pending for verdict even not responding (President Secretariat petition #2884/16)

Somebody should take action on the people whose duty is to give customer service. nobody responds

No one attends the call. I have been calling from 4 days and no response. These dumb people are charging taxes but they arent giving any services to their customers.
