It is a world bank project. An unnecessary project of government assigned to a third party. The work that was easy to deal with has become a long and tough task for general public. Everyone has to waste lot of time waiting for the entry hall where everyones record is added for i dont know what purpose but i must add here that that record should not be handled by at least a private entity. That record in the hands of a private party is a big risk for every single individual whether for a male or f-male for the entire life.Another thing is the work that was free of cost or had minimum cost has become now expensive.The staff overthere possess very rough attitude. No etiquettes of talking to any general public. I noticed almost all unprofessionals were working there.And there is one to counter check that what is happening over there. I believe it is a big loss for government revenue.

Too much irresponsible attitude regarding these serious forms they even didnt prepared my domicile after a week of their mentioned date I m too much depressed bcz of such iresponsible and non professional behaviour

Many departments in this place. You can apply learner driving licence, death certificate, land maps ,domicile, of Punjab.

This is probably best step taken by the PML-N lead punjab govt.to facilitate citizens. Despite being highly efficient and properly managed system sometimes you can face rush-hour but that is in specific time of the year especially after summer vacation when youth turns towards it to acquire Domicile. Otherwise it is absolutely worth visiting if you have any work.

Reception have no idea what is their duty ...They just making long que and they are not giving tokens to public...Even they dt allow to touch that machine . They said if token will come out then staff will.grt problems.

What an amazing office. Beautifully maintained. Lady on greeting desk guided each and everything very clearly and in the positive attitude. After taking the token number it didnt took much time that number is called up. Inside the hall designated person facilitated our request and processed it. By attitude, staff is never less than the corporate environment. Must keep on the same space. points from me.Birth certificate, character certificate, registration of marriage, token renewal, learner driving licence etc. are processed at this point.

This is probably best step taken by the Punjab Govt. (PML-N) to facilitate citizens.Setting up one-window cells within specific government departments is not a new idea but establishing a onestop shop with representation of multiple departments and provision of services offered by these departments has never been tried in Pakistan before. The Citizen Facilitation and Service Centres (e-Khidmat Markaz) are now operational in Lahore.

Why u not open the offices all gov offices are opened now

Its another great initiative by Dr Umar Saif. I have heard there are many facilities available under one roof. Its a commendable step towards technological development in Pakistan. In technology Pakistan is way behind the world. We should become more n more advance in technology.

Police certificate or police clearance certificate now can be obtained from this place instead of SSP office opposite to Islamia college civil lines Lahore.so go straight over there and get information regarding your inquiry and submit the required documents.its a very good place the dealing staff are very helpful and vigilant.its timmings are 9.00 am to 4.00pm
