I visited this office with my family on 24-Oct-2020 for renewing my expired CNIC. Very surprised and very happy to see the neatness of the office, politeness and respectful behavior of the staff (& officers).First of all the guard told us very politely to wear masks to be safe from Corona virus, then we went inside, there was a guy standing who was giving tokens, he asked us for which service we want token (because there are multiple services provided there, like motor registration and driving license etc). Then he guided us to go to NADRA office on 1st floor for renewing expired CNIC.We went upstairs, there was another guiding person standing outside of NADRA room, he listened to us and told to wait for some time because all officers were busy with customers. Then he sent us in and the staff checked our expired CNIC and guided us very well. They had no objection so they sent us on ground floor for data-entry.We went down, the guiding-person gave us tokens and guided us to the data-entry room. They enteted our data and mobile number etc. Then we were sent to NADRA office on 1st floor again for final process and any modification in our record if required. My card was expired 2.5 years ago and my marital status was changed from single to married 6 years ago but I had not informed NADRA about that but they did not say a single word and entered my wifes data after seeing original Nikaah-Nama. They asked if any of my blood relative (father, brother) is with me as a witness. They took his signatures and thumb impression, I submitted the fee and we were free in only about 1 hour.There was no rush, no hassle, no worry. However, please remember to bring photocopies of required documents with you, I think and I have heared that there is no photocopy machine for public in the office.Overall it was surprisingly pleasant experience.

The Office is huge and the interior of the building is good as the place is not congested. The Reception service is ok. The service at the counter was very good and nice as the staff is professional and well trained.There are more than 6 counters available so the waiting time will be less in comparison to other Government Offices.Ample Parking space is available. Overall,it was a good experience.

Went there for learners licence. Everything went smoothly and got my license in under 2 hours. Unlike DHA license facility.

Extremely sluggish staff.They dnt value your time. Staff here keep on enjoying there Facebook while the que is getting larger and larger. They think people are free from all affairs. 3 hours for issuing learner license! They are the only reason people in Pakistan dnt even bother to get a driving license. I will suggest to keep driving without license then to go to this sloth hole. Pathetic....!

I visited for my id card renewal, after waiting for 3.5 hrs, my turn came, staff was quick on work, but in the end they punch the Id card and ask me to photocopy the punched card and submit. To my surprise, they is not a single photocopy machine for applicants.So I have to walk to a shop in a nearby market, wasting another 15 minutes. Upon complaining the senior officer, he responded that Nadra is a federal dept and e-khidmat is under Punjab govt and we requested many times to Punjab Govt but they didnt have us a photocopy machine.

Appreciative Initiative by the Government to Digitalize the system for the Help of Residents.

This place is running as you know someone some people just walk in and got done there needs.the best corrupted place under this government . counter person just walk out whenever they want. 6 counter but only one person is working people been waiting here more then 4 hours I need action here from whoever is the incharge

Experience was not the best. Its a big office but they dont have a photocopier machine so kindly whoever wants to go please bring extra photocopies of your documents. Moreover they dont turn the Air conditioners on until to you tell them to I had to tell them in all my 3 visits.

One of the Receptionists have no clue regarding tehsils assigned for residents of different area. Therefore, ask both before leaving the place. After wasting two days, they said that residents living in societies after Dha-Eme have to visit AC office Raiwind (just after Haier factory) for domicile submission.

From gate keeper to staff all of them doing great job. Very kind and humble attitude of staff, which was shocking to me as mostly we are not expecting humble attitude when visiting govt offices. God bless you all khidmat markaz members. Thanks for your services. Keep it up.

Worse place ever to visit people waiting more then 4 hours 6 counter but only one person is working and then after hours they saying we have no clue why we are here after token just keep asking people what to do or you be waiting all day long miss incharge is so busy doesnt want to discuss or tell me her name shes just so sorry that it

A best option against nadra office 2km away from nadra kot Lakh pat office accessible via speedo route 13, Metro & LTC at ittafque Hospital Stop ... ENTRANCE IS DIRTY, BROKEN road, HEAP OF STINKY RUBBISH & ALSO BESIDE A STINKY BIG DRAIN flowing.....Inside office a well security staffgood waiting area centrally A/C, Provision of portable waterclean office with ticketing procedure& staff having attitude of government employee ..... It seems that they are illiterate Dont have courtesy needs to improveover all it was ok..........

Quick, clean and organized government office (unbelievable) went there for learner driving licence and staff gave perfect guidance and i am very much satisfied with services.

Very neat and clean no less than any international level office feel like dubai very efficient and co-operative staff thanks to government for such a good service.
