Not public friendly at all. Not inline with all facilities under one roof. Driving license tickets are not available here and need to be arranged beforehand. Same is for 100 Rs which are to be deposited in HBL.They open window to check and take completed files at 8:00 AM every morning and close strictly at 9:00 AM. Also they take long time to review each file. That’s why people come here very early to ensure their turn come before 9:00 am. Suggest to be here at 7:30 to 7:45 AM max to avoid missing your file submission. Ladies and senior citizens get priority over queue.For those whose files are submitted are called first for oral test of traffic signs. Only candidates who are successful in this test are invited for driving test.Whole process at minimum takes half day. Saturdays are even busier. Sundays are off.Good luck!

The staff and police are very rude with males. They should show some respect. We are not their servents

Traffic sector is not working efficiently.Staff is absent thats why they send me to liberty traffic center.Those who are present, are cooperative.

Its a nice initiative from city police to make driving center in this area otherwise all of the applicants have to go to district court which was not very easy especially for people living in model town. DHA and nearby area. Also the process is easy and quick to get driving test and license

For learner license, You have to use the gate which is by the side of nala (drain) and goto e-khidmat centre, office timing for that is 9am. The process there is pretty smooth. Make sure to carry passport size photos and id card photocopies.This office, license issuance and renewal, is very hectic and unprofessional.You have to stand in line outside Arfa Karim main entrance at around 6-7am to be among those lucky 40 Who will get the token to be tested/served each day.The gates will Open at 8 and each guard will see your id and show his proclaimed authority over you.Lets say, You were among those lucky 40, You would still have to pass the rude and fast (the tester will point laser Here and there and would expect you to follow/find the laser and respond in 2 secc) signal Test-which by the way, if you skip/miss/answer incorrect one, will lead you to dis qualification and wait another 30 or so days.If you pass the signals test, then comes the almighty cultus, which is another Story in its own.In short before visiting this office ask your Mother to pray for you :D.Staff ko daikh kay lagta hay k haram khanay waln ko halal khana hazam nahe ho raha.

Hell, Worst ever experience in this place for my licence test pre-formalities.The self made timings of this office is from 8am to 10am, but if you came at 8am, then even it is not sure that you would be entertained hastle free till 10am. Even if you have to take any information regarding any requirement or want to have form, then even you have to spend 2 hours for your turn. After completion form and spending 2 hours for your turn if godforbidden you missed any tinny requirement then re park your legs another day in 2 hours lane.No matter that you are senior citizen or young you have to stay in 2 hours lane, Worst ever experience.Just have a look of their mode of information with a hand written non comolete notices on a dirty wall.Suggestion: Token system and information/help desk must introduce who guide the people about their documents and all other required information.

Went 4-5 times for Lisence renewal time is only for 1 hourPoor coperation8am-9am After that the machine is set toNot to issue new tokens . Mis guide the people .

Another failed institution inside this failed state. It reflects the wretchedness of our country with great accuracy. Do visit this place if you feel like ruining your day or if everything is going smooth but what you seek is a little chaos.

Very unpleasant experience. Its super hot outside and they have a big empty seating area with nice cooling but people are not allowed to wait there. Instead they are kept waiting outside where there is construction, dust, heat and super uncomfortable environment. You cannot drive through the gate to the parking or anywhere near licence center. Instead I was told to use the backside which I later found out was closed due to construction but they dont think its there problem. At least until construction, they should provide a better place for people to wait.

Supper flop system and institute where no body guides you and if you dare to ask question you could be thrown out of the building or they may slap you. This institute belongs to service and facilitstion industry but people who worked their dont know even basic humanity and ethical values. Hence proved that why Pakistan failed to run such institutes because such institutes run by sefarshi and parchi mafia heads who dont have capacity to serve and lead such institutions. They will charge only 100 rupees as tests fee but the tolls which is Car for test is pathetic and it seems like they plant such tolls of test purposely just to get an other 100 rupee out from you pocket. For God sake you may please charge 1000 rs as fee of test but pass people by giving appropriate toll and then expect performance.

Renew the driving licence

I have never been more disappointed or disgusted by my experience in a govt office than I was after visiting this office. I went there for my learners licence, but they stopped me and redirected to another internal office for my eyesight verification because I was wearing spectacles. And they tested my eyesight by asking me to remove my spectacles and read something 10 meters away. I couldnt obviously, or else why would I be wearing any specs. I showed them my doctors prescription of lens detail but no, they told me to get a stamped medical certificate. I had my medical certificate filled from Sheikh Zayed and stamped by registar and not the doctors since most doctors dont have their own stamps. I went again to e khidmat centre very early next morning, waited three hours again, and they stopped me again because I didnt have the doctors stamp and they told me to get it or else I wouldnt be entertained. Seriously, this place is a nightmare. If you have a weak eyesight and wear specs, dont go to this office or at least dont go wearing specs or else they will make you go through similar ordeals. Summarizing, horrible service, and horrible experience.

I guess one of the worst driving licence center.First of all agar aap wahan driving licence k liye gaye ho to arfa karim tower security walay apko terrorist ki tarha treat kar k almost half km distance pe car/bike park karne bhej dein ge.Ander koi inquiry counter nahi hay baqi licence senters ki tarha.I visited there 4 times couldnt get my work done than i visited dha driving licence center & got my test done.
