Its really a nice place. So the entrance is kind of hidden. Youd expect a big entrance gate with guards etc but its just a little gate with a guard. During covid-19 they test your temperature and give you a sanitizer droplet. The waiting room and overall inner campus is fully air conditioned

Astonishing fully air-conditioned buildings, gives authentic feel about the British Council, having humongous literature library, and highly secure entrance.

My experience with British council is extremely pathetic. They took my money and its over 7 weeks now I am waiting for my refund of IELTS exam. They did not even like to give me any date for the refund. Totally unprofessional behavior. I will prefer to choose AEO. It not just me but many test takers are going through the same situation. They are money stealers.

Place is good, IELTS exam was arranged very Professionally. However, female invigilator was continuously whispering and chatting with another female colleague throughout listening section which caused distraction and discomfort.

Worst organisation I have ever chosen for my ielts exame. I have an exame on feb 24 2020 but got almost 8 date extension after that due to crona virus. Even though other institutions like AEO has been conducting exames. Then i applied for refund and its been 3 months i havent got my money back. Then dont respond to email as well as when you try to call on help line 080022000 you would be kept on waiting for 30 . 30 minitsIts just sucks

In the perspective of terrorism and terrorist attacks in Pakistan, it is a good gesture on the part of British to have educational and literary activities in Lahore through British Council. It is a time when every Pakistani is hankering after British visa and British are in Lahore to teach us I thank all the concerned in British council for showing courage. I gave English language test named IELTs organized by British Council, Pakistan. They were to produce a result of my test within 2 weeks of the date of test(10 Feb 2018). It has been 6 months now and still they have not provided me with any details regarding my result.I tried to visit their office several times but they denied granting me an audience due to security threats and returned me from their gates.Despite charging an amount of 27000 PKR for a single test their pathetic organization has not developed an infrastructure to manage it. Dont know if they are counting the red bricks in there building or killing flies while sitting in their offices...Always choose IELTS from AEO people...

Misguided me on my papers timings, I went at Pm instead of AM because British Council Representative said I could go anytime, I was giving my paper for the VERY 1st time privately, I was confused needed advice and they misguided me. which resulted in my paper being rejected and causing me to loose thousands of rupees. They told me even if they did misguide me there is nothing they can do about it and cant reschedule it for June. They wont even try to solve the issue, I called Cambridge International who said that the method is to leave an enquiry with BCL and theyll get in touch with us to solve the issue.I told British Council Lahore this and they said do you have copy of this email, I said I have a recorded call! When I followed up with Cambridge to see if there was any contact from British council they said no.RIDICULOUS!

Interior is good & staff is helpful as well but again the security screening is too much & there is no parking space besides the building. This building is wheelchair accessible.

British Council in Lahore, Pakistan is not even worth rating. They are so damn unprofessional. Some foreigners should be taking over British Council of Lahore. They dont give the statement of entry saying you are not registered (even thou youve paid fee and everything on time) and later ask you penalty fee for not doing so. Like what the hell? You waste students energy, money and time. Its horrible. You dont even give the back the money like who do you think of yourselves? Kaise chalega Pakistan jabh logoun k dimagh tatti aur paise se bhare honge.
