Service was good but the taste of the pizza was not good. The cheese felt like eating a rubber. I ordered stuffed crust and the cheese stuffing felt like that the cheese was not properly melt. Needs improvement.

Very frequent customer of this particular branch. ordered the train pizza. It had chicken, capsicum, and over loaded onions. the most pathetic experience. Pizza Hut is only good if you order their main menu meals. if you order deals. they compromise on quality and quantity

The pizza was good, however Pizza Hut always lacks in terms of service. Been eating Pizza Hut since 15 years now. Obviously the taste and quality has gotten low, but we still go once in a blue moon.PS: The only photo I took.

It is proven that pizzas given in deals are not as good as I thought. It was way much spicy as if it reminded of my aunts food just spicy and nothing good about it.

No point in visiting again. Felt bad for serving staff as they had to bear the wrongdoings of the kitchen staff.Absolutely no taste. Lasagne was overcooked. Pizzas lacked taste.This visit urged me to say like Germans said after Nazis Never Again.

I have some following reasons.1. No servers what so ever.2. Rude Behavior.3. Unfriendly place.4. Found a hair on my pizza because bunch of idiot dont know they have invented hair nets.5. Poor management.6. A lot of people complaining about pizza.7. Every time they claim that they dont have beef available in the stock.My advice, ditch this branch and try another one.

Pizza hut Faisal town branch is a good one, the taste of pizza and the quality was outstanding. Service was also good, the best thing is the taste of the pizza. I ordered the chicken Supreme and that was great. I love it, visit this branch and u will amazed.

I ordered pizza delivery twice from here for official lunch: once through call and the other time through foodpanda. It was a disappointing experience as I wasn’t provided with a printed invoice. It was a handwritten slip. When ordered through foodpanda they took very long to deliver. I even requested for emailing the invoice but never done. I would never like to visit or order again from here.

This is one of those places where the management needs to up their game and provide a good standard in food quality, service and overall experience. On one day, the food will be awesome and on another day, the food quality will be below average. Simply put, not all pizza huts are not created or maintained equal. The sitting area is good for kids and they will have fun if you visit this place. On Ramadan they do offer all you can eat deal so thats a definite plus.

This is part of the famous food chain, Pizza Hut. You can have vegetarian and non vegetarian food here. Remains open till late hours. Staff and management do nothing to lure customers. Instead they seem to rely on the brand name. Chicken pizza is their specialty and it is good food.

I tried their Chicken Alfredo. It was served hot, garlic bread was also good. Drinks however are charged very high and are below par quality wise. Salad bar as usual was not refilled in time, if you want to go there for salad please do not go to Faisal town branch. Staff was courteous.

Worst service, only one waitress was there who was constantly busy in her phone. Didnt allow us to have dine in cause of her slackness. Had to ask her for individual food items which she was not willing to give without asking. Not recommended at all.

Today we visited pizza hut faisal town and we ordered through golootlo app .and the service was pathetic we remained seated there for 40 min and when we asked about pizza that was still not in the oven and we left the place and the staff was not even bothered to ask why we r leaving .we use to be a regular customer but ur service is getting pathetic day by day

Its not the best... especially at all you can eat ramadan offer, i mean really how much can you eat in 1050. Its a nice offer for the management of pizza hut but not so for the people. As it is given that that many people who come and demand their pizza then the quality of the pizza will decrease. But all in all good idea on their part.
