Got premium grilled chicken burger. Burger was good. Service was bad. Paid for the drink but didnt get it. Since it was take away didnt realize it earlier.

Staff was supportive, had a minor issue but they sorted it good.Tried their pizza, It was good, they need to improve at some points but overall it was a good experience.

Like every other person, we also went to OPTP to grab this so called amazing deal.2 zingers, 2 fries and 2 drinks for just Rs. 590. Like wow!Please look at the condition of chicken zinger. It was all black. All 4 burgers were simply pathetic! They must have learnt a lesson from Arizona Grills incident.Totally disappointed!#OPTP #WorstBurgersEver

I am glad to see OPTP rising in front of my eyes, it started from a small shop where POS machine was not available and cash only till was there.They revamped themselves and turned out to be one the famous food chains.i use to have their shrimps/prawns and hot dog which they some how discontinued and prawns changed to zing prawns which i don’t like it.Today was buy one get one, tires philly beef it was average not great in taste

OPTP zinger, fish and prawns are our all time favourite. GMC is very bland so good for kids or those who dnt like spices. There new gun shoot burger with hot garlic mayo is very nice. Fries quality and quantity has been reduced but its still a good place for chicken lovers.. Highly recommended especially when it is off as its but over priced.

You all know why OPTP is famous. Fries, thats all. I tried their burger once but I got disappointed by the size and price so I will recommend people to go for fries only. They stays same even if you go 10 times a month.

This is one of my favorite places. Everything from the starters to the entrees to the desserts meshed perfectly with my flavor-profile. I found the ambiance to be very charming. Everything I tried was bursting with flavor. The staff was prompt and polite. I would eat here every day if I could afford it!

Love their fries as always for some odd reason. The reason im not giving 5 stars is because the guard outside is not going his job of ensuring that he is performing his duty. He is more of a doorman and a parking attendant while being super courteous to get a tip. I want to be polite about this. All I am saying is if someone wants to tip they will anyway. Not complaining. Just providing feedback on a customer experienceAgain. For some weird reason love your fries. Thanks

It was nice. The place was good, nice and clean. Ambiance was 9/10. Taste was 9/10. Service was 6/10. It was a bit expensive though but still worth it.The toilets were also clean.

Overrated, over priced, over hyped place. You will find plenty of places better than this for fries.

Quality is not as good as it was one or two years before.I will rate it below average now. They are compromising on their quality. If you are specialized in Fries it should be outstanding. Their are multiple other food points who have much more good quality in the same price like Big Moes, Grill Hut, Gun Smoke etc.

If you want value for the money either come here with 50% off coupons or low expectations, otherwise its not worth a single penny. They serve drinks in smallest possible disposable cups, burgers are small & then they give sauces as if these are liquid gold, all of this for a cost of approx 800 per meal with tax. Convert it to dollars and paying this amount makes sense in US but not in Pakistan!

If you want to eat best fries in town. one potato two potato is the best option. garlic mayo fries are the yummiest one. you have lot of options while order fries. Ambiance is very good and staff is very cooperative. prices are normal and anyone can enjoy one potato two potato fries

Optp offers one of the best fries quality in Lahore (if not in Pakistan). it is a bit expensive in context of the value they offer but still its Fish n chips is a must try.

I think so that in deals they arent providing the same quality as in original menu. Really it was Disappointed. Yesterday we three friends were there and today two of us are sick, due to severe abdominal pain since night. No idea whats going on. Seriously they served us a expired foods or something else . But one thing is damm sure that will never visit them again due pathetic food quality.

The food itself is mediocre at best. The fries were overdone the last time I went here. The cleanliness standards are not maintained. Not worth the money. Its better to go for cheaper burgers that more worth the money in terms of taste, size and quality.

I have always liked OPTP. All of their stuff is good. Recently I had Egg & Cheese Salad with London style fish & chips. Salad was excellent. Fish & chips were also good but a bit expensive.

As always quite bad.... everything including sitting,staff, menu,taste was bad.

Their beef burgers are good especially mushroom. Fries quality varies from bramch to branch depending if they re-fried the old ones or fried fresh.What they really should do is show prices with gst like other popular fast food chains rather than writing without gst prices as the customer gets surprised at times when they get bill of greater value than stated on their screens.

I would give it zero stars if I could but since I cant will have to settle for 1.Terrible customer service. Keep this up and youll be falling apart in no time.First when you call them to inquire about your order which was placed an hour ago they claim theyll get back to you asap. When they dont and you call them, they refuse to answer your calls. After youve given up all hope of ever receiving it and just have something else to eat they show up at your door 3 hours later.

Located next to Dominos, MM Alam road. Taste is average. Price is average as well. Sitting area is small. Just above your dinning table a florescent bulb with yellowish light is hanging that causes heat and irritation. Comfortablity must be the first priority.

Its small, congested and usually crowded. Not recommended for families and large gatherings. Couples and individuals can have a good time. The area is small and dark, not very well furnished.

I think the fries especially with the garlic mayo sauce are the best here! The burgers are so so, probably only worth it when there is a deal offering with 50% discount. Other than that the place itself is small and dingy like most other OPTPs

It was worst experience at 11.30pm dated 8th June, they packed our order without asking for dine in or take away, then they put our meal in dirty tray when i said change it he replied its ketchup in the tray, i told order taker for plain fries he gave us masala fries, no napkins in the tray, rest room was very dirty,smelly and having no hand wash and no tissue, Oh my God

I used to love optp but now their quality is not up to standards. I will never visit optp again. The fries and burger were so hard and had a weird colour. The fries were fried in old oil probably.
