Always a treat to eat at Nandos. This is simply the best outlet in Lahore. As Covid restricts restaurants to have outdoor seating, this place has good outdoor setting.

Why are u charging 16% tax even on payment with card?? All other restaurants charges less tax as per government orders.. otherwise everything is great .. food , service even there was rush.. one thing I want to add the chicken now we get is not really juicy like it used to be please take it into consideration

Excellent quality food, same taste after years. Peri peri chillies & Chicken, potato wedges, garlic bread, corn on the cob... all yummy must try... open kitchen you see the quality of food and ingredients. We loved it..

Its delicious but I dont like the atmosphere its bit warm I think because of open live kitchen food is good the round sofa table is comfortable but not the chair is little bit high for kids like 3 to 6 year old kids menu and souce are always good service is good but not friendly not helpful to tell you ask you what u like to eat they dont give suggestion what you eat so as my 2nd time in Pakistan and fist time in this branch its just good I like it dont say excellent they need to work more music no like and its too noice of people and staff cash counter is also little bit far from kitchen and tablesnot relaxing environment thats another thing which I dont recommend if you go for date or peaceful dinner

I wish I could give Nandos even more stars. This has always been one of our favorite places to dine, but since covid, we did not know what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised attending for the first time since lockdown. Im not an easy person to satisfy but I visited the south Ruislip branch and felt completely safe and comfortable. I was really nervous about eating out before, but genuinely the customer service was amazing. They have put really good measures in place, and everything still looks amazingly presentable. From the moment we arrived the staff members told us how to book our table before entering the building. We then got a text to say our table was ready and ordered from the table. We were given table service, and the staff was extremely careful. You definitely must check it out. I honestly could not fault this place. They have gone above and beyond. Well done.You must try every food here. And the sauces they provide must be tasted again and again. Looking forward to visiting in Lahore and other branches worldwide to feel the difference in taste continental wise. Keep up the good standard as always.

Nandos gulberg branch is disgusting. Staff very unfriendly and have no manners at all. Me and my friend went there, we were treated as if we are beggars or too poor to come and sit in Nandos. Food quality very bad. Chicken wrap was raw. Inside the wrap there was only a leaf of lettuce and dry chicken pieces with NO sauces. Completely different from description on menu. I have eat Nandos in other countries too, but this one is gulberg is just degrading Nandos name. No services, no quality, no standard.. for the bottomless drink, we felt as if we arr begging for a glass of drink. Waiter has no manner at all. Just bang the glass on the table as if he is angry as we disturbed him by asking him to fill the glass. Quarter chicken was having the taste of plastic.. we felt as if we are eating plastic chicken. Not marinated at all. They Just pour some nandos sauce on the top and thats it. Overall i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Nandos. I am still regretting i wasted my hard earned 2000rs with such bad and tasteless food. They dont even have a menu card. Just saying scan the card to see menu. So what about those who dont have net on their phone. Thats really unprofessional. They make customer feel as if only rich and wealthy people are welcome at their restaurant. Middle class people better keep away. I dont advise to go there and feel insulted by the mannerless staff and waiters. My 1st and Last time eating nandos in pakistan. GOOD BYE.

The taste is amazing especially their suaces. Most popular and recommended dishes are peri peri bites and chicken espetadaa. With chicken espetada you get to choose two side items my favorites are spicy rice and fries. One drawback is, its a little expensive but the ambiance and taste is good.

Actually a very good place for Grilled Chicken lovers. Sauces are the back bone of the taste. I love Humus and Grilled Chicken. Cold drinks have refills as you can get your cold drink refills as many time as you want. Not that much expensive. You can also get discounts on Faysal and UBL bank cards.Always overcrowded at lunch time. You might have to wait.

I dont know abt Karachi and other cities but in lahore the changed recipe of rice need to be reviewed by the management.Customer services should be improved like before. No one is bothering although restaurant was not fully packed for the staff not to pay attention to the customers.Chocolate slice cake always not available.

If you want to have grilled chicken with skin then nando’s is the best place for it. Their sauces are a must have. And you can’t miss their peri bites. To top it off, you have to have chocolate cake slice. It’s the tastiest chocolate cake i have had.However, it has gotten expensive. Full chicken is for rs 1550 with no sides which makes it a bit expensive.Anyhow, i would recommend dining at this place. They have maintained the branch well and the restaurant is usually full.

A nice sitting capacity in this gulberg branch. Have two floors for sitting with nice corporative staff. Overall had a nice experience with family. Taste was also perfect .

The taste and ambiance if this restaurant is pretty good and their rates are also pretty reasonable. Service used to be pretty good but is generally declining at all branches. For some reason their staff always fails to get my order right. They always miss an item and then say that you didnt order it. This has now happened at two different branches of Nandos while it has never happened at any other restaurant. There is a reasonable parking space available too.

For the love of Peri Peri chicken same old taste. Ordered half chicken with 2 sides potato wedges and rice along with refreshmint drink. Everything was good. Yummy taste , nice ambience and good service. Recommended for chicken lovers.

Today i went to Nandos Gulberg branch. I ordered half peri chicken with two regular sides (rice) 6 peri bites and cheesy fries. The order was disgusting. The rice wasn’t cooked properly. I asked the waiter for change he went i guess he again bought the same rice (bas garam ker diya tha) and i swear i didnt eat a single bite. I wasted them! Peri bites was over cooked and not even fresh, same with the chicken. And please DONOTTTTT try the cheesy fries. I dont know why these restaurants lowering their standards in lock down! Takeaway py kya ab aisa ganda khana dy gy! Really reallly disappointed. Wasted my money! Kindly improve your standards! Customer satisfaction b koi cheez ha ab lock down ma kya poorana ganda khana khilao gy customers kou. We should boycott so they might improv the taste!!!!

I ordered today it was pathetic. first it was cold and there was sauce but it was almost nothing i called them twice but still they don’t admit there fault. When i asked the delivery guy he said that you can complain to the manager as many customers are complaining about it but they are not even listening. The fries also felt reheated last but not the least i ordered spicy chicken but got mild. they can’t even bring the right order. in one word pathetic experience

Waiters have a smile on their faces and daggers up their sleeve. Deceptive. Food was a undercooked and rice quality was not upto mark. It is only the Peri Peri that gives this place any relevance and we can purchase that sauce in the market.

Recently i visited during a lockdown for a take away, but my experience was too bad that i never ever thought from Nandos.I have searched the reviews of take away from other public on the internet which were not good, based on my previous good experience, on safe side i have requested the order taker and bill boy to please dont make me to review like them and prepare the order as per your quality standards. I thought they will take special care of the food quality BUT that was my thought only, and had a worst experience from them. When i opened the food at home, three pieces were burnt (literally black) and over cooked and were very hard to eat which showed its re-cycling or re-use. ultimately given to the in-house pets.Peri bites were also not fresh and similarly the rice were not cooked properly, only Fries were as per your standard.Total Waste of money, very very bad experience.

They dont offer the chocolate cake in 2 pounds just the 4 pounds which is expensive. Service overall is good.

Great restaurant as always, since the last 20 years. Been enjoying it since my university days. They also put some offers, but not too many. The place is always crowded, even on weekdays. Chicken is too good and there is no match for it.What I miss on is drinks. They dont have fresh juice nor any local drinks. It is very tempting to take bottomless soft drinks, but there should be healthy options, especially with age.Another good option is to try Desi chicken. It will be difficult to cook, but might be worth it.
