As usual Fresh and Hygienic Food. No matter Peri Peri Taste could not be found anywhere else. Espetada Carnival and Chicken & Pineapples Skewers, Pita and Fresh Salsa both are very different and must try dishes. Service was a bit slow otherwise deserves 5*.

Nandos has been a favourite place since a long time and the taste and quality is always great. Customer service is good and the ambiance is really pleasant. Items on the menu are worth a try.

I wish I could give Nandos even more stars. This has always been one of our favorite places to dine, but since covid, we did not know what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised attending for the first time since lockdown. Im not an easy person to satisfy but I visited the south Ruislip branch and felt completely safe and comfortable. I was really nervous about eating out before, but genuinely the customer service was amazing. They have put really good measures in place, and everything still looks amazingly presentable. From the moment we arrived the staff members told us how to book our table before entering the building. We then got a text to say our table was ready and ordered from the table. We were given table service, and the staff was extremely careful. You definitely must check it out. I honestly could not fault this place. They have gone above and beyond. Well done.You must try every food here. And the sauces they provide must be tasted again and again. Looking forward to visiting in Lahore and other branches worldwide to feel the difference in taste continental wise. Keep up the good standard as always.

The place is away from all the crowded floors and have adequate seating capacity inside. The staff is professional and service was great. Had a real good meal with no rush whatsoever.

We have visited many times before Nando’s. This time we went at Emporium outlet n it was awesome experience like always. Food quality was really great!! 5/5 for taste n presentation. I never ate steak so yummy, soft n delicious to the core. Even their chicken screwers were so great in taste. Really enjoyed a lotttt. After a long time, find real taste of food quality. Highly recommended

Peri peri chicken, peri bites and potato wedges, espetada and chocolate cake everything was just amazing. Great taste, good quantity and value for money. Nice and friendly staff and excellent order delivery time. Must visit if you love to try something different.

This time my experience was too good at Nandos. The Peri Peri are delicious as always it is. The chicken was cooked evenly and soft. The cake slice was also from the best one. The Environment was comfortable and staff was friendly and cooperative.Suggestions: Should be less visits by individual to the table to inquire about the food taste and quality. Instead one single supervisor may ask about the food at the mid of the meal. Or the feedback should be tablet based for easy to handl.

Ate at Nandos after such a long time (4 months to be exact haha) and it was so satisfying to get the same aroma and taste what I used to enjoy abroad ... happy tummy

Nandos at Emporium was good. The seating, staff, and environment is very good. It was my first experience of visiting Nandos in Pakistan after visiting Nandos in New Zealand many times. The taste was similar to the branches in NZ. The cons side is that the prices are not shown inclusive of taxes and the bill is different than the menu.

This nandos needs improvement.They are unable to ha handle rush hours.Food came after 40 mins and staff was rude.They need to focus on food taste. I will prefer gulberg branch next timewings and half chicken almost taste the same.

Very good restaurant and good atmosphere. Food was very tasty staff was friendly. Only drawback is it’s on the top floor of Emporium Mall so if you have to park the car and then go on top floor for Nando’s but food quality & taste was worth the trip

Nandos is all about sauces. Quarter chicken is one of there best dishes. Chicken pieces were tender and soft, cooked evenly till the last bite. Staff was really cooperative and didnt mind even if we call them again and again :)

#Best for chicken lovers#I have been visiting most of the branches of Nandos in Pakistan and found their taste and flavour to be authentic at all places. But their Service at Hussain Chowk Lahore are exceptionally awesome.love their Peri bites, Espetada Carnival and spicy sauces. Great they serve bottomless softdrinks which is (for me)very necessary as it complement the spicy sauce I used to pair the meal with.Handi and gravy lovers shouldn’t go there But their prices are pretty high as compare to food quantity

On our recent visit to Emporium Mall, Lahore, we decided to eat peri peri chicken at Nandoes. It was the first time we tried this and it was awesome. Food was nice, tasty, especially their sauce and Peri Peri sprinkle spice. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible....I have a terrible experience this afternoon. I love Nandos but this afternoon they just put me off completely. They served chicken which was kept in the chiller overnight. They didnt even warm it up properly. It was hard, dry and tasteless and pink from the middle. Now people who know about food standards they know what it means when you find a chicken cooked but its pink from inside. When i called the waiter complaining about the food they were speechless...means they know what they were serving. No sorry from the manager. I paid the bill and left. Their Gulberg branch serves lovely food but total disappointment from Emporium branch. Will not recommend to anyone and will never go there again.

During rush hours things can get complicated here as they are a bit undestaffed. Rest I haven’t had any complain regarding food quality or ambiance. I usually go off peak hours which is ideal to get the best experience.

Their Cake Slice is one of the best cake slices i have ever eaten. Fresh, good quality of chocolate, Big in size. Everything is perfect about it.

It was all good except the bread. We use to UAE bread and butter which r not available in Pakistan

Such a disappointment...Me and my friend was waiting for our third friend to join us for a reunion after 5yrs.its was not more than 10mins a guy from nandos comes and asks for would you like to place an order.. we said yes one of our friend is joining in a while.He was like sir order or you can leave..All chairs were empty..I felt so disgustedWhat a gift for me for visiting pakistan after 2 yrs and same for my other friend who visited pakistan after 5 yrs.Teach your management a little bit of ethics.

The food was average... Staff was pretty lazy and lame.. Got out drinks 15 minutes after our food was served... Normally Nandos chicken is marinated but it was hard and not so yummy! Ambience was extremely awesome so is the crowd

Peak of non professionalism. Visited this outlet with my family on Thursday night. Manager kept us waiting for ages to take order. After reminding her, she sent order taker. We ordered food but things spoiled when after 10 minutes they asked me you guys have to wait for more 25 minutes because we are serving you fresh chicken as if they serve expired chicken to others. Manager/Shift Incharge didn’t bother to come and explain why we are treated so poorly. We ended up cancelling our order opting for other options in Emporium Mall. Just wondering some one from Nando’s or Emporium Mall’s Management pay a visit to these demoted staff members and help them appreciate customer time and service.

Staff (especially the manager) was not cooperative at all, they were not entertaining, rather lack professionalism. Waiter was unable to comprehend to basic instructions about order. Cheap metallic chairs were instant turn off, those were not comfortable at all. Food was good though.
