Im so glad I was finally able to try swirl! There were so many things on the menu I wanted to try but I ended up going with the oreo truffle shake and Im happy that I did. The shake was a smooth consistency, but still had the right amount of oreo crumbs in there also. The shake was a bit on the heavy side though so I would recommend eating something light before it.

Nice ice creamIf u are lookingfor a cafe to hangout with ur friends . Then the number one cafe that comes in my mind is swirl . Swirl is an amazing cafe . I have tried their ice cream and shakes and they are mouth watering . There staff is very cooperative and there sitting area is also good . Its not pricey and their is unique and amazing . A must try I would say

Staff: staff is good and friendly.Ambiance: its good and cozy place but it needs some improvements(overall temperature was hot, water drops were dripping from AC, and wall decorations needs bit cleansing.Food: I ordered deep dish pizza, overall it was good and heavy. Enough for two persons. Full of cheese. The only point of improvement i found in pizza was the quality and taste of chicken. Recipe of chicken marination should be improved.Overall: its good. Cant say anything about desserts because i didnt order any. Cheers keep it up

Interior is nice.Taste is good .Service is better but they dont accept cards which is quiet disturbing for card users .Families can visit their .Good Place for families .Parking is not as good as demanded.Rates are economical.Good place to visit.

Ordered their brownie with ice-cream. It was the Worst Ever. The Brownie was ROCK SOLID literally. Had to use force to even break it. Ice cream was too runny.Tried their special shake and it was way too Sweet as the brownie was mainly sweet.There are better options to be tried in terms of Taste and Quality in the area. Their items are overpriced according to the served quantity as well.Taste: 3/10NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

Its a small cozy cafe with great ambience. Its very economical. The shakes are scrumptious.They also offer ice-cream, sundae, coffee and deep pan pizza.You have an option of dine-in, take-away or delivery.

Had their Swirl Special Shake, it was ok, not as tasty as I was expecting. The brownie was very hard, cone was ok. Presentation was really, but the ambience needs improvement. The temperature inside the restaurant was high although a couple of ACs were working. Overall not a very good experience.

Awesome place... A rare find these days... To get a place that doesnt charge you an arm and a leg for quality desserts... Cookie skillet is to die for... Their ice cream isnt the basic store brought ice cream either... Does look like theyve put in some effort in making desserts... The place also has a nice little cozy feel to it where you can just sit down with your family and enjoy the food... Nice, helpful and they certainly know their job!!! Highly recommended!!!

Well i have tried their shakes and it was very good. They were fresh. The milk used in it seems to be of good quality. Their presentation of the shakes is the key factor. Prices are also not so high. One thing i noticed that their seating arrangements are very few. They have just 3 tables. Anyhow, a very wonderful experience.

There special monster shake is the best. Blueberry, chocolate and strawberry sundae are also great. Deep pan pizza is meh.

Went for their OREO BLACKOUT cone and coz they didnt have ended up having their ICE CREAM SHAKES.. and i know the pic is amazing but the shakes werent even half as good... they were JUST OKAY-ISH kinda good... a solid 5.5 on a scale of 1 to 10... and BOY WERE THEY EXPENSIVE! Ive had better ice cream shakes from far cheaper places... sitting area (indoor) was amazing though. An absolute instrgamable place serving absolute Instagramable place.. but if youre looking for QUALITY then i dont recommend this place for your SWEET TOOTH... and much to my annoyance i will definitely return here for their OREO BLACKOUT that Ive heard so much about.. and BONUS POINTS for their amazing staff

So this was the first time we went to this place with a bunch of our cousins. The place looked nice and neat but oh boy! Finding hair strands in your desserts are just disgusting n that happened twice! Hygiene guys. Please!

It’s an ice cream parlor so space limited. Concept is take away which is just fine. Taste is out of this world and for the price, it’s unbelievable. It’s a hidden gem, just a matter of time when they’ll be pretty known for their products. Keep it up, we need more of it.

Went there yesterday, found hair in two of our desserts, they were kind enough to replace one, but when we found the second hair we were just really disappointed and it was unappetizing at that point. I think that looks were good but the hygiene was an issue. All of the staff members had their hairnets on except for one. And the donuts in the DO NOT SHAKE were stale.

Naver find staff efficient never provide us per fact food KFC hot / complete dell at once naver noting rush hours only making sale sale because its Pakistan we are bond in our family hands to visit again and again

There are many other ice creams in town which are far better than this in cheaper rates than swirl.

Had a good experience price is reasonable according to place but higher if we compare it with a place where cost of living is low. Taste was fine not tried every flavour but will try and tell you place was clean shop was to small to sit inside for more then 3 or 4 persons so if you are with family go in car. Or you have to stand and enjoy you icecream

I visited them at late hours and they served me a shake which had hard brownie on top n the shake was very thin in viscosity. Poor taste and the waffle cone was dry without any sauce n cream.

I tried their special swirl shake cost 200. Quality and taste was below average. Cream used in shake was just like cream used by Gourmet in their low quality cakes. Feeling nausea after eating this third class cream type thing. overall shake taste was below average. Too much sugar in shake. Overall very bad experience.

Have tried their Special Swirl Shake, Chocolate Fudge sundae and Nutella shake. Taste is good and price is also reasonable. Located near UCP so I guess would mostly be visited by customers from nearby areas. The only problem is the sitting area. A maximum of 5-6 people can be accommodated at a single time. So, if there is rush, you would have to eat in your car or wait outside.

Taste was quite adequate but the sitting place was too congested, theres only 2 tables around with 4-5 chairs in total. Shop is also small so theres no place to stand in rush time.Only attraction theyre getting through social media campaign is the competitive price which they are offering for their signature shake.
