Simply just RECOMMENDED for dessert items or even pizzas, pastas, sandwiches.Had their smokey chicken pizza (thin crust) which was too good in taste and the crust and spice level is just perfect.Also their Beef Philly Steak Sandwich was perfectly cooked and served with fries.A meal without a dessert is not finished so Molten Lava and Triple Chocolate Brownie is just the best option for dessert.And ofcourse their chocolate shake has no match & for complementary chocolate do try salted caramel one if its available Great atmosphere and a nice staff too.

It is a nice up street cafe offering great chocolate based delights. Signature chocolate drink, lava cake, hot chocolate are some of the must try items. They also serve amazing snacks including sandwiches and panini. Although place is good to spend quality time for coffee and dining , but the sitting setup is not so great at this branch. They should work it up and improve the ambiance. Still, a great place to visit.

Though I was unable to try anything other than dessert, I dont regret visiting this place at all! Butlers has such amazing desserts filled with decadent chocolate and silky caramel that just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Though it is a little pricey, I would 100% recommend this place!

Bad management and slow service over the past few visits. Most of their chocolates are out of stock for the past 6 months which they fail to restock. The management is not paying attention on the quality of food and even their famous Molten Lava cake is under-cooked with frozen chocolate that doesnt come out. They are understaffed and their security guard is serving orders nowadays. Had three pathetic experiences since the last 2 months. Never visiting again!

Its good place offering outdoor sitting, good coffee flavours complementary brownie or chocolate, service is good and ambiance is real life roadside scenes .Personally I liked the coffee and brownie would visit again for sure

Well maybe its the post Covid slowdown but the food was average. I have tried them in Karachi but this one just lacked taste. I had philly steak sandwich which was not worth the price and same with their chicken mustard sandwich. Chocolate lava cake was not upto the mark. The need to work to improve on the taste for now. However serving staff was nice.

Known best for its delicious and unique chocolates, it can take you by pleasant surprise with its menu.The place is uniformly set with a few booths with more privacy. The servers are attentive and quick on their feet. The items on menu are done complete justice (though difference of palettes is to be accounted for). Their shakes and desserts give a nice finishing touch to a fulfilling meal.All in all, a place you will be planning on visiting again.

This place was ok. They were short on everything we wanted to order and the inside atmosphere was not very impressive either. I was in here only for a latte which they ended up making incorrectly. I did not try the food though.

The best item i like of butlers is their Pasta. It’s so good that you will want to have more. They also offer complimentary chocolate when you order dessert. Other than that it’s a bit pricey but you can get some discount on credit cards. Overall id recommend it. I have a suggestion, they should improve the sitting area/ambiance. They haven’t done any renovation/change in sitting area ever as far as i can remember.

Cool and clean place to hangout with your gang. Offers a range of quick eat and thirst killer options. Complementary chocolates with their every shake tastes particularly sweet. With my experience it wasnt over crowded but still is known around for its unique taste and brand theme. Also a best place to gift chocolates to sweet tooth friends and family members. They also have nice looking packing for making your treats more presentable.

All branches of Butlers are almost equally good. One, however, that does pull just a little bit ahead is the Packages Mall one. Its just the energy of the place. You have to be there to feel it! Another fantastic restaurant in Lahore. I never knew about this place on my numerous visits to this city and I’ve been missing out. Although I thought it would be a place specialising in desserts only I was surprised to find they did hot food including pizza. The chocolates are of high European quality and there is a very large selection. The desserts are second to none and you must try the chocolate lava cake. I think the chocolates are quite expensive, more than the price in Europe for some reason. Rs80 for a small chocolate a little bigger than you’d find in a box of Milk Tray, Roses or Quality Street. A decent size box of them will set you back Rs3000 (£24).The pizza we had was really tasty and perfectly cooked and the wings were great too. The atmosphere was good and it was always busy on our few visits, seemed to attract quite a trendy crowd. On another visit we hat stuffed chicken which was very impressive indeed. Check it out!

I wouldn’t say it was too good or not good at all, overall we had an average experience and actually it was our last resort as it was late at night. Service, ambience, I’d say good and taste was acceptable. Chocolate cheese cake was good. A friend had some issue with cheese in the sandwich as it carried some odd taste and smell, maybe it wasn’t fresh, it was replaced with something else but both were charged in the bill.

Ordered their signature chocolate mikshake,It was really awesome, something I would love to go another time too.They give free chocolate per order and the chocolates are also very tasty.The ambiance of the place was really good and the staff and customer service was also excellent.

It was good feeling there and was relaxed like in any good restaurant / cafe. Here there was an number of different types of chocolates. It was a quality place for chocolate. I purchased here a bucket of chocolate and took a chocolate shake with a good taste and light weight. We can take our modern friends here and will definitely enjoy. But you have to go with enough money as like any advance and costly cafe.

A perfect combination of sophisticated yet casual ambience

I must say this place count in few gems this city has for a great shot of cappuccino along some desserts and I can count on the cafe for my mood swings because their quality is amazing.But the bad point is the management and their laziness, you call for them and they won’t answer you until you shout or walk to the counter (this is bad)Another thing is majority of time they don’t even know how much customer ordered. I did three things and they bring two and for fifteen minutes I keep waiting for the lava cake but bravo nothing came and then I stood up with great disappointment so yeah the 4 for their carelessness.

This was my first to Butlers after years and I am not impressed with all the hype. We visited the place on a humid afternoon and was expecting some good ambience and air conditioning but both were not present.Ordered Philly Steak, Pasta Au Gratin and Chicken Parmigiana and everything was normal. Not something out of this world for a total bill of 4500.Not impressed at all.

This café lived up to the hype created by some of my peers with its trendy facade and comfortable seating. Their signature waffles and marshmallow hot chocolate were incredible and not at all sickly sweet. Our savoury item was the philly steak sandwich which honestly wasnt the best i have had this year. So, taking into account the fact that this place is a little over-priced compared to its contemporaries, a 4-star rating seems fair.

Best Pasta in town if you go for their Spicy Chicken Pasta.

The place is elegant and the food and drinks of any kind are very good, butlers hot chocolate and butlers cold chocolate milkshake was very good so was the dark hot chocolate tried a few other things and they didnt disappoint their services are very good and quick and the place is clean and tidy definitely reccomend the place for families and couples.

Located on MM Alam road. Valet parking space for about 12 cars. Tried Irish coffee and pasta. Service quality is good. Food was served in 15 mins. Offers Italian and continental cuisine.

Poor food, poor music. Fish was probably ready frozen from a supermarket 4 for a £1 or something. When I complained to change the music or at least turn it down, they said we will try but the music is set in the office and office is locked. It beggars belief. Tired decor. Standards have fallen, thus overall poor value for money.

Very good food. I love their chocolates & shakes. Stuff chicken with cheese is great. Basic they were famous of their chocolates and yes they are pretty good but few years back there were hygiene issue gone viral at the internet so not visiting this place since then.

Food is good but price are to high. Charging way more. 250g Pasta for 875 before taxes. Need to get their prices down. Or give more in dishes like previously you guys were doing.
