Very small place with narrow, limited space for seating. There’s absolutely no parking space available except for that in the street around the park.Taste of their products is going down every day with competition getting sour and other brands simply taking it over.They really need to put some effort in this outlet.

It was our first time at Gloria jeans. We were offered rugular. It was too much for us. We were not told about small cup option and taste was too bitter for us. They didnt told whether there was sweet taste also. Brown sugar was old thats why it was sticky. We will never go again. Poor service.will never refer anyone

Its good for a brand name but the place is not comfortable as needed for a coffee shop, neatness is not upto the mark.. they placed mixing spoons on table... service is sooo slow... inspite of high price... and if they made a name in coffee they dnt even bother that why the cappaci is famous in town... there might be some other place to enjoy a cup with your love ones

Good place in modal town. Best Irish nut coffee. Carrot cake is awesome. But being a master franchise they should be cleaner. Unfortunately the place near the toilet smells. And the furniture needs an uplift. They should do something about their menu probably add some vegetarian stuff like other Gloria outlets in the city. Excellent crowd. Highly recommended for all, families and friends. A must visit. This place is good for spent the time, either you with group of people or alone. They have both smoking and non smoking areas with good separations and no smell in non smoking area.

Gloria Jeans specially C block model town is becoming increasingly pathetic over time.. Although it used to be one of my favorite places to hangout, but now every time I visit the place it only adds to my disappointment.. I dont know if its because of other good options now open or is really them who have totally abandoned their quality assurance process.. I think its time they should seriously think about their quality/cust experience..

Very good place, definitely one can have any kind of casual, semi-professional and professional sessions. But all chairs are hard, no sofa chairs or any other comfortable sitting setup for longer sittings. But definitely a place to visit.
