This a newly opened cafe at Valencia Town Lahore. The parking is just fine for normal hours. Seating first floor is fine, but the left end is cools as compared to the right one due to passage and service counter in middle, The menu has a option ranging from typical coffee and Desi food even. The quality of bakery tried was nice. The green tea was served with Mint leaf in addition to lemon slice. Prices are at par with other cafes, though a bit higher than average cafe on some items.

Food was ok. Not the best you can get. Nice environment. But poor, extremely poor staff behaviour. I went there last week and those people didnt even mind what we tell them. I asked for extra plates and the waiter rudely replied that no extra plates are served.

Great experience at X2 valancia. service was excellent. food was very fresh, delicious and scrumptious. an amazing place for a classy dinner. management was very attentive. couldn’t be happier with my experience. will surely come back. overall, a 10/10.

Server didnt ask for steak options, we ended up with chicken steaks :$ and those too not the right temperature. Even reheating didnt resolve the problem. The soup was better, though the portion size couldve been better tbh.They dont have a card setup at this point, beware and bring cash.

Quality food service is bit slow but food is good.

I think they need to improve the quality of steaks.

Best dine in experience... staff is polite and well mannered... taste is too good and worth cost.

Extremely slow service and completely untrained staff. Asked the waiter to write down the order the first time. He didnt. Had to reconfirm the order four times! Then it took fifty minutes for two starters to arrive and finally another half an hour for the main courses to arrive with a good ten minutes gap between different orders for people on the same table. It was uncomfortable and extremely frustrating. The food itself in the end was just average. Wont be going here again.

There is gym on up floor. There was too much noise to gym when they drop weights on floor. Food was very pathetic even they don’t know how to serve food and presentation was below average. I talked with manager but he looks very unprofessional. Please look into your customer service

Not much Variety in the menu, Chicken Handi was not under cooked and the chicken was very hard, Kebabs had a bland taste. A gym is situated on top of the restaurant so you will constantly hear weights being thrown around. I would prefer the nearby Gourmet Restuarant to this.
