Loved the place and environment. The food was great. My only issue is with the staff. They were way too lazy. I signaled the waiter to come and take order and he made me wait so much that I had to get up in the end to go and give it myself. Same was for the bill. After pointing him for bill, We waited like 15min for him.

May be the best tea in town. Tried their kashmiri tea and that was really tasty. Their shakes and smoothies are also good. Specially their waiters are really nice and humble. Really loved the way they treat their customers.

Loved this place, this place serves good tea sandwiches and and outstanding coffee, the lady that owns this place a total sweetheart and takes care of all her customers personally.This is my favorite spot for chaye/coffee in Lahore and it does uphold that status because it’s reliable and the place is an absolute joy to be.

First of all the sitting arrangements are very small. They have only 4-5 tables and sometimes the customers have to wait so that a table could be empty and they can sit in. Now come to the taste, the mint margarita was good. Their shakes are a bit expensive. Chai was also good.

Chai Studio was very hyped and we have been planning to go there for a day out with colleagues, we heard a lot about its menu and variety. We we ordered Studio Special Paratha, Grilled Burgers, Doodh Patti and Plani Coffee. Taste was good.The maim reason I am giving it one star is because of the extremely rude behavior of staff. They started asking us to go after an hour, told us to keep it quiet during Ludo game and rudely snatched the menu from our hands. On complain, they didnt bother to entertain our reservations. Extremely disappointed.Place was also congested and suffocative.Taste: 7/10Ambience: 5/10VOM: 6/10Verdict: Not Recommended

A good place to spend time with friends.

Low quantity & quality with sky rocketed prices. Bought a cappuccino coffee cup last night in Rs. 300 with maximum 150 ml quantity in disposable cup. Taste was below average and I spilled coffee on road. Never recommend anyone to stop here they are muggers.

Best place for open air Setup

Overpriced, tasteless tea with extremely misbehaved owner and staff. I ordered their tea at the Soul Fest. The staff was rude and overcharged me and lied about their pricing. Very bad. So many better places and people.

The place isnt properly maintained.Music was too loud and when I asked them shut it down. They did at first and then started playing it again. There was a lot of traffic. I mean we were the only family sitting but a lot of people were coming in and going straight to the back room. Which sort of shifted the mood.The ambience isnt good either. We had tandoori Chai, which was an utter and complete disaster. Too much water in the tea and prices are too much. I mean, why would I want to pay 150 rupee for a single cup of tea when it isnt properly cooked. And what kind of chef doesnt know how to make a proper Desi Chai. You can find a better taste with a guy who had put up a stall along the road.I wouldnt recommend going there with your family at all.

Good service but not excellent..

I like it most. Most especially its female management with traditional clothing and traditional hospitality feel customer at home. When female staff served me green tea, I felt as if I am sitting at my home and my family member is serving me tea. However, I would suggest the management to improve the quality of air conditioning. The atmosphere was hotter.

I would say for a place to sit and eat it had no standards of cleaning. The seats and tables were dirty. Kept sitting there for 10 minutes until someone noticed when ordering I asked them to clean the tables they didnt even bothered with that. Finally got the tea for which they are hyped for and it was a tasteless experience. No uniqueness what so ever. Money not worth spending. Not recommend the place.

The baddest experience of dine i had today. First of all they have very conjusted seating place, in fact you cant even sit properly.Secondly, they people do not have any restaurant adequacy and etiquette of dealing or sales.The third most part is the pathetic taste of their food. I am sorry for using word pathetic but really it was. I ordered Smoked chicken pasta and their signature sandwich with their own name studio sandwich. Those were bad in taste. Pasta must be some creamy and cheesey and saucy. But it was just like a dry food. I left that and then i tried sandwich with my wife, that was also not good.Fourth, they people do not know how to dealwith customer or how to treat with customer who is spending money and waiting for your bad taste food. They even did not ask for the drinks after serving the food and also did not ask about the taste of food in courtesy. If they had asked then My anger must be blown but they did not bother to ask at the time of billing also. I just paid and left.O my GodThey are just pathetic......

Ambience was ok for a Chai Place. The prices were very high if compared to its Quality of product and service. And the staff were very lazy you can say. For example If there is a deal you need to tell us first like we dont have to ask for it ourselves. After we ordered we found out that there was a deal buy 2 coffee get one free and we ordered 2 coffees so i asked the waiter that would we get a free coffee now that we have ordered 2 coffee to which he replied Sir you didnt said that would be on the deal so you cannot get a free coffee . But overall it was ok.

It’s superb... i tried it and became fan of their taste of paratha and chaii too....... must visit this place. Conduct of staff is also marvellous....... very neat and clean environment....... staff cleanliness is also a very positive point....

Extremely slow service. In 45 mins they could not serve two cut of teas. Server was reminded many times on which he kept saying its coming. Upon complaint after more than half hour to manager, he said order was not in place to the kitchen. We walked away without having tea. Not recommended

Its really a cozy place to have chit chat with a wide array of snacks and drinks. Its location is seriously catchy.
