Really clean, and great service. Best part is they dont allow kids, so no screaming.However, I went in for a hair cut, and gave them a picture of what I wanted, as well as a detailed verbal description. The lady, someone whose name started with Z, gave me a haircut in under two minutes, and left me looking like a maltese terrier. I said I wanted ONE layer, and ended up with steps? I said I wanted the front of my hair to be shoulder length but its nose length. I could go on.At the end, not knowing which mistake to point out, I put my hair in front of my shoulders, and noticed it wasnt even. When I told her, she casually said, in urdu, yes, so I didnt put it in front and check, you know. I didnt even know how to respond. The haircut had gone by too fast for me to have intervened.In summation, Im sure their other services may be decent, but I wouldnt let them groom my dog.

My in-laws booked my bridal services for my walima at Uzma’s Bridal Salon and I couldn’t have been more happier with the outcome. My Baraat makeup at Amina Raja was a disaster and so I was quite worried that I would have a terrible experience with the walima day too.The service at uzma’s was wonderful and extremely organized. You are first taken to thread your face and apply some product on your hair, after which you are taken to a nail station. You are then taken to the make up studio where you are greeted by Uzma and her daughter.Uzma was present the whole time and really gives each bride her full attention right from checking on the hairstylist and application of the make up base to the draping of the dupatta. In fact my outfit was a little loose, so had her staff pin it the back so that it wouldn’t look bad in the photos. She is involved from the start of the process right till the end and is always ensuring that the bride looks her best.To top it off, she is extremely wonderful and warm. I would definitely recommend this salon to all brides confused about where to book their bridal make up. My makeup wasn’t cakey and my hair didn’t look oily from excessive hairspray.Right before you leave the salon, her staff do a final check and touch up any creases that have formed in your make up. They also gave me a little bit of the lip colour in case it wore off during the event ! Very impressed with the level of customer service.

I went their for hair do but they refused because they didnt have a girl for that. In such peak season of weddings and on Saturday this happened.
