The girl who was showing me zero makeup deceived me, she assured me that creme is my skin tone and I should buy it. After buying it when I tested it at home, it was darker than my skin tone. They were not even following social distancing in their salon.

Women from my family go there and they say its a good place for the services needed to make a woman look more beautiful.

I came from London to attend my cousins wedding. They did the worst make up on the dulhan (my cousin) for her baraat, did not even cover her acne scars, it was overall very bad, better to go to fazi hair and make up in DHA for best makeup. I was really disappointed at what I saw! I thought these guys were popular and good at what they do but obviously not, even made my elderly Khala run out to get fresh flower garlands for the brides hair but did not use it! I would avoid, makeup and hair not nice especially for bridal!

Cut was ok , ambience substandard for price tag, staff was helpful n gave relevant info. But value for money wasnt completely the case

I booked an appointment and went it , as I sat down for my blow dry , the guy blow drying my hair , suddenly Left with no explanation , I turned around to see him talking to another client and then walk away with that client - I had to walk to the reception to ask what was going on - I have never seen anything so unprofessional before - I then had to sit next to this unprofessional guy as he did some other clients hair - I love Nabilas Islamabad and Karachi ! I swear by both of them but today was my last ever visit at Nabilas Lahore - they need to hire more professional people !

And they truly give you the best advice according to your needs... Wouldnt care whether you ask them to it or not... And the haircuts really make a difference!!!

My wife got her wedding makeup done here. She din’t even look 10% of how pretty she actually is. Uneven layers of makeup.There was this celebrity and she was treated way differently. Real hypocrites.In a nutshell, there are better options out there such as Shezays Phase 5. Thats the people who actually care about your little details and not cost you a kidney for that.

I had my wedding makeup done by the senior artist and was very disappointed by the whole experience. I found the makeup application method quite unhygienic and unprofessional. When I requested her to colour correct my under eye bags she kept on applying layers of concealer. My makeup was heavily creased by the time I got to the venue and I didnt have much options to correct it. She had me leaning back the whole time so I couldnt see what was happening. We lost so much time this way as most things had to be corrected once I was allowed to sit up and inspect. I was very specific with requirements for eyes and lips; not heavy and no over lining at all. Both requirements were not adhered to and again we lost time correcting them. The hair lady was also unable to follow simple vision. I wasnt happy with my makeup but ultimately had to leave as I was running severely late due to their poor time keeping. This place really needs to up its game for bridals. Will never return and will not recommend.

Called them up once and checked the price of a hair cut was told that it was for Rs 4000 plus tax for a stylist and Rs 8000 plus tax by a senior stylist which was a bit of a shocker because if one checks on Nabilas website the rates mentioned are different and the second odd thing about it is that there is a mention of just two branches one in Karachi and the other in Islamabad there is no contact number provided for the Lahore branch on top of that I tried calling them again for an appointment no one answered the phone

I recently shifted to Pakistan and someone suggested me Nabila for a haircut. I requested them to provide me their best stylist but i was so disappointed. The stylist didnt even bother to listen what i want and she was all trying to convince me that what she has done looks much better. It was a bad experience and their stylists are not at all professionals.

I live in California. Recenly moved to Lahore for a one year assignment at LUMS. My closest friend always goes here and got me an appointment with Huma. I arrived on time from Defence and was not attended to by Huma who started dancing around another lady who arrived at the same time and did not have an appointment but was really demanding and diva like. I was very patient and was attended to by four different people just for hair dye and blowout. And I noticed later that my roots were not dyed properly. I am going back for another two hours today!
