Unprofessional Staff!Worst experience ever! My friend and I went in for haircut and they ruined our hair. The staff is very unprofessional. She chopped all my length even though I told her several times not to shorten the length. The haircut and final styling is not even close to the picture I showed her which was feathered long layers. They don’t even know how to style with blow-dryer. The other girl did the same to my friends hair. She ruined her front bangs and made them very short but luckily she caught her on a few hair strands and then she suggested to go for side flick. The girl could not even style the hair to cover that with straightener and blow dryer. She called her senior to look at the issue and she tried to suggest styling to cover that mess. After knowing the complaint, the girl at counter gave a discount of Rs. 200 lol. Very regretful. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Shanell needs more professional, efficient receptionists. Instead of confirming our appointment with us, they had us sit in the reception office for over half an hour (while the secretary watched videos on her phone). It would be incredibly helpful if the make up artists would be on time as well. they were over 1.5 hours late!! Which is ridiculous considering the fee for clients being late! What compensation do clients get when the stylists are late!?!! They made me late to my brothers wedding. I dont recommend this experience to anyone, especially if they are getting ready for an event. On the second day, even though we got there in time arriving to the salon, we were late to our event because of the unprofessional lack of time management by the stylists. In fact, this is the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. I payed for three days at the salon to have hair and make up done for a wedding and ended up going to another salon for the last day. I couldnt put up with the lack of professionalism, time management or the rude receptionist for one more day. The other salon experience I had was great in comparison to Shanell. Never going back and wont recommend this place to anyone.

Very good saloon for ladies only. Cost effective and caring. Their owner Shumaila is good, always try to choose her for your makeup.
