Quite below average service.Went in for a hair cut & blow dry. I decided to get a protein treatment as well. They didnt bother to inform me that we cant have protein treatment and blow dry together. And after protein treatment, refused to properly blow dry my hair. However I was charged for everything. Kindly have audacity to inform and guide your customers about treatments before hand.

Good experience but they have high charges and they charge for very small details as well like 1000 only for hair wash after keratin which should be included in keratin or extenso etc otherwise its good

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... They force you to pay the extra money and you dont get value for money. They ruined my Nikkah event.. My hair style and makeup everything was worst. Never gonna use them again. The customer service staff is sol rude. They need serious restructuring.. The makeup artist that they have didnt even knew anything.

Extremely horrible experience! They were offering a deal on haircut. The hair dresser who was assigned to cut my hair was confused and literally she ruined my long hair in few minutes. I wept with tears to see the result. Still the hair cut is unidentifiable. Above all there customer service is so poor that when I sent them pictures and compliant about it; didnt bother to give any response.

They force you to pay extra money and try toLure you into other deals which you really don’t want. Not a good experience even though always went for signature top of the line stylist including the main guy himself. Will not be using them again. They just Lost a potential client.

Went there twice but disappointed nonetheless. Their service is very slow. The waiting area is small and its very costly. Their staff is not cooperative as well. They damaged skin while waxing and then complained us for having sensitive skin. Not recommended at all.

Absolutely disgusting service. The front of house staff have no idea what customer service is. My wife and I went for our party make up and other than the actual service all these unprofessional buffoons were bothered about were taking pictures for their reference and charging and over charging for substandard services. My wifes makeup cracked in 30 minutes after leaving the place. 2 of her fake nails came and my makeup could have been achieved in other salons for a tenth of the price. Stay away from these thieves. You have been warned.

Ridiculous service. They have very poor customer service. They need serious lessons from Tony n guy. My bad that i went there today for hair cut. They charged me Rs5000 and the person who cut my hair named afzal dnt knew how to cut at all Spoiled my hair. On the top staff try to prove me wrong. So disappointed but shame cant do anything other than warning you people. Please dont go there and waste your money. I dont think now ather ever come or check how bad his saloon is doing. N everyone just go there for him. DONT EVER GO ATHER SHAHZAD.
