Horrible customer service at this place. I called to schedule an appointment and the guy said they are busy today and ended the conversation. Even when he spoke had no energy in his conversation. Looked as if he had just woken up from slumber. I visit this place each time I visit Lahore. Well, not any more. Pathetic.

The prices they herald are more than what you should pay for at any “grooming” saloon. Expensive products and less than accommodating staff always leave me in a bad mood.

I got my ears pierced from here and the lady was very unprofessional. She didnt do it properly and messed my piercing. She had to do it again and punched through the same hole twice. She was also very rude and started misbehaving as soon as I complained. My ears got infected now and Im super upset about the service I recieved.

A very average ambiance and sitting arrangement. The staff is not so professional and treats clients very causally. There senior stylist are as good as a normal barber who cuts for 200. Didn’t feel my rs3000 was worth it.

Went for hair cut and color. Services were fine. Cut and color was good. But saloon gives an average impression. Poor space and sitting area. The worst thing was a very unpleasant attitude of the receptionist and the staff. They badly need to learn to smile at the clients who are giving them business.

Its been more than an year that Im their regular client. Ive had xtenso, keratin and a few haircuts from them.︎ My experience for xtenso was good but the hairdresser didnt direct me about the aftercare much. I later on googled everything.︎About the keratin, it was very average. I asked the hairdresser that i want go for keratin as well as color. She said that first well go for keratin and then after wash, color. The next day when i went for wash, another hairdresser said that color had to be done first so its better you wait for sometime now. Its shows that the hairdresser who did my keratin wasnt aware of the basics.︎Haircuts are always nice from them. Must be noted that their staff isnt very friendly.︎Manicure and pedicure is also good but again staff isnt trained to smile or welcome you.︎Last but very important, i recently ordered a shampoo from them in this lockdown and they sent me one year expired product which i exchanged. They dont apologize or justify.Overall, its an expensive place so the experience should be worth it too but it isnt.

Best place to get a good hair care.

Nice place, little too expensive for even foreigners. But the work is great. Wish they can make better deals with their clients, who want multiple work done. Instead of saying sorry we are fixed price. You cant stay in bargain jungle, and not bargain.Staff friendly, work environment is moderately professional. Upto date with todays need for any kinda of requirements you might have at a saloon.Too expensive for Lahore, pakistan.

Horrible experience! Dont know about their hair experts but certainly the facial technicians dont know what they are doing. They leave you after every 5 mins saying that this needs to b put for 10 mins and come after 20 mins. Wont remove blackheads properly and will say you dont have any. Really wasted my 5k.. totally not worth it.

Evening make up was rushed and looked awful!! I was so upset but literally had no time to fix it. Poor coverage and unbranded make up was used all on my face apart from eye make. I could have done a better job myself :(

Worst massage experience of my life. I specifically asked for an expert masseuse for a full body massage and paid extra for it and she left my muscles aching and bruised. Now I’m drenched in bio freeze trying to help relax my upper back and already took 4 painkillers. I couldn’t sleep all night. Save your money and go to Nirvana instead

Great people, great tea/coffee, but cleanliness has always been my issue. The flies, and the machines used arent thoroughly cleaned or put in a detox chamber. This is a huge concern because people have skin diseases and other issues. The comb that was being used on a guy 15 min ago is going to be used on you. So no sanitary steps are taken with the comb, the trimmers, the scissors, etc etc.MANAGEMENT! Please address this issue!

Never thought I would describe a receptionist with the word ARROGANT, some how he poccess this hollier than thou persona to his customer which makes you think that it is he who pays rs. 3,000 for your hair cut!!! Keep his customer waiting with no response. If that doesnt make him the worst receptionist of all time, then CANCELLING my reservation just 30 mins before the appointment time definitely does! This is the worst experience I ever had at tony&guys anywhere in the world. I give one star (since I cant give 0 or -10) for their courage to charge so much for such ridiculous service.

Worst place ever visited. They dont honor telephonic appointments. Theyd make you wait and after 20 minutes say; oh lets put the gown! As if, we are gonna wait for another 30 minutes!Would never visit this crappy place again.
