Although this place has a nice aura but it lacks professionalism and quality of work. I did my bridal makeup from here. It was a heavy amount and a senior artist was suppose to do it. Although i showed her the picture sample of the makeup but ehat she did was the complete opposite. The eye makeup she did was pathetic depsite of me telling her that i dnt want any black liner under my eyes as it didnt suit me, but she was persistent that it looks good. Moreover, she put a lot of blush of my cheeks. I didnt like my makeup at all, only because of the shortage of time i had to attend my barat with that clown face. As for the hairstylist they did a fair job.Same thing happened to one of my friends cousin too. In my opinion, there are other salons out there who atleast maintain customers satisfaction and offer a high quality work. I truly wasted 50k on pathetic service wgich i regret.

Its my favourite place in Lahore to go for hair and spa services. It is a neat, clean and welcoming place.All of their departments work efficiently. Their make-up studio is really popular.They give sincere advice regarding any services you ask for. In fact, in my experience, they are probably the only salon who dont try to trick you into unnecessary services just to earn money. Most importantly, they dont compromise on the quality of their products.The staff are friendly yet professional and they make you feel special. My wife visited the saloon on 22 February for party makeup. The worker assigned to her initially did not know the job. Her work was pathetic, despite the fact that My wife kept telling her that she was doing it wrong. The supervisor did not take any interest initially so my wife had to shout at all of them and had to threaten them that She would walk out without makeup. Only then another worker was brought from the bridal section to do her makeup. She did a fair job but all this resulted in the wastage of an extra hour at the saloon.In my wife’s opinion this set up has too much business and they are no more bothered about quality of work and professionalism. They only want to make money.

Best place to relax yourself

AoaWe had a wedding about 10 days ago.Bride had pre bridal services from here which were awesome and I had mani padi and haircut which was also nice and that’s the only reason for 2 stars otherwise 1 star only..There makeup side is not good. When we booked with them we told them that our function is 12 afternoon and they said she will be ready by 12:30 , all she need to do is to let the floor incharge know and she will make sure bride is ready on time.Our appointment time was at 10a.m. But we arrived there early at 9:30 and asked the receptionist that our function is at 12 and when we booked they said bride will be ready till 12:30 but the aunty on reception was little rude and she was keep on saying “Kon si bride 2 ghanton May tayar hoti hai...bride ko ready honay May Minimum 4 ghantay lag jatay hain or party makeup ko 3 ghantay” So the first impression was bad.Thn there was a Loongg wait..bridal make up started 11:30 a.m and thn wait for hairstyle.. and their rules are very silly. They showed us few hairstyles and the one we like they were not ready to do that as it was a signature hairstyle..oh my God pathetic..and when I argued with them they said they can’t do the signature hairstyle as bride also has a shoot with them and they will stop Hairstylist’s and floor incharge’s practice and only she has to face the consequences as the hairstyle is only for signature brides by hifsa Khan. If they have this type of rules they should tell at the time of booking. At that time they said you can have any hairstyle you just need to show us the picture.Bride Hairstylist was so scared and she tried her best to convince us for other hairstyles but as we like the signature one she asked faiza and faiza said to do the one we liked...but still she didn’t did the same exact hairstyle (PlZ don’t try to make ppl FOOL)..she did the hairstyle with bigs changes..Makeup stylist Sana was so nice and their party makeup’s are Ok (same like others)..not awesome.When I asked to do glitter on my eyes they said glitter is only for brides not for party makeup ( Wah kia bat hai)..they should tell all this before bookingAnyhow we got ready at 1:30 which was very very late..and we were only 2 ( one bride and other party makeup)..they made us so late that we had to cancel the shoot..Walima day the same hairstylist problem..bride want to have both side open hairs with curls with straightener and she showed the picture to them that what she want but first they did normal typical curls and thn force to have hair open only on one side...and so many these type of silly thingsAnd on walima day bride explained the whole barat experience to their GM, on Rude Auntys’ behavior she kept quite and when she told about getting late she said “kahin ap woh to nahi jo bar bar hair style change Kara rahi thin” on which she said “change nahi karwa rahi thi jo keh rahi thi the team was not ready to make that one” and then she said we have certain hairstyles which are for Hifsa’s signature brides only (if this is the case they should have explained or mentioned this thing at the time of booking or on their booking cards).I strongly felt they want to do things according to them..and not gonna listen to you although you are paying for the services.. it’s a brand but not a good one..Girls there were nice but they have to follow pathetic rules..The girl who was serving tea was really nice. Maham was nice and I don’t remember other names.Aunty (short haired one) on the reception was stressed and rude.Not punctual at all believe me they will make you late.Never going there again And not gonna recommend it.Please think before you book bcuz on your function both hair and makeup are equally important and if u are doing party makeup no glitter on eyes lolz..

Strongly suggest everyone to not get a wax from this place, the waxing lady gave me serious wax burns and the staff had no guilt whatsoever. Worst experience.

I was January 2019 bride for mendhi and barat at hifsa khan saloon. My experience was totally awesome, the staff, the services and most importantly satisfaction!! Which i had with my look. I had my makeup done from senior artist, 2 different artists each day, and they both really madeup my look. I was so happy with my look.(my walima makeup was done from other saloon and that lady literallyruined my look, the makeup done was like a makeup done by myself, or may be i can do better )Anyways, my mother, sisters and cousins booked their 3 days party makeups at my wedding. Everyone loved our look. My very first experience was of party makeup in 2018. Their spa services are perfect.Recently i got my haircut... and the hairdresser satisfied me alot with her services. Perfect haircut given by pinky.My cousin recommend me hifsa khan salon as she was also their bride..I Recommend hifsa khan saloon to every bride.. 5 stars

Thank you so much for the fantastic facilities and such a professional staff. Really enjoyed my tea that was offered while I had my manicure services. I was escorted personally to the back by the young lady that would do my entire treatment. That room in itself was the most relaxing place that I found at your spa. She was very attentive to my needs, making sure at all times that I was comfortable and relaxed. It was really nice to see your attendants on their toes all the time with a wide smile on their faces while dealing with clients. The treatment service was remarkable and really helped me relax physically as well as mentally. The friendly environment and calm aura of this place is a real treat to ones mind on its own. I just loved it altogether. It was very blissful as a whole. Cant wait to make another visit soon again and will highly recommend it to my friends!:)

I love their services and the way they treat their client..

One of the best salons in the Lahore because it is clean and offers many services. However I am taking off two-stars because there are inexperienced artists at this salon, who need more practice. HERES MY FULL EXPERIENCE: I went to Hifsa Khans studio in January 2019, to get party makeup done for my cousins wedding. I loved my experience for Mehndi and Baraat, however my Walima makeup was awful. If you saw my makeup, you would think I am getting ready for halloween and someone caked me up to look like a fat version of cleopatra. For the mehdhi- Maryam did my makeup, and she killed it! I wish I got makeup done by her for every single event. I looked really stunning on the Baraat too! Samina did my baraat look. I looked awful on the Walima, i dont know the girls name, but she has a birthmark on her face; she was very inexperienced, and make me look like frankensteins and cleopatras love child. I dont recommend the artist who has a birthmark on her face (sorry i forgot her name). I only recommend Maryam or Samina. I also got my hair done here, the hair dresser did a great job, she added the perfect color hair-extensions to my hair. Overall, satisfied, but you need to speak up to get your concerns addressed. They only have 1 range of foundations - which is fair to medium. Anything darker, I suggest you bring your own foundation color. This is typical in Pakistan, due to ongoing issues with colorism. My skin falls in the light medium range, so I was catered to. However, my aunt who is medium to dark, did not look like herself after the makeup application, because her base was too light for her. I suggest they increase foundation shades, and cater to darker women. I also suggest that all makeup artists have a good amount of experience before they are allowed to work on clients, because I dont want to be an experiment, when I have an important event to attend. Also, my hair for the walima wasnt the best, because the girl kept insisting i do a side part, even though i look better with a center part. moral of the story, make sure you do what you want, and dont let them insist on doing something that makes you uncomfortable.The bride got her makeup done here for mehndi & baraat. Mehndi was fine, but baraat was awful. Baraat makeup had two major problems- firstly, the traditional naath (nose jewelry) wasnt fastened properly and my cousin (the bride) was freaking out, because as soon as we got to the venue, it was drooping down to her lips. Fortunately, some aunty had some spare pins, and helped us fix her naath from falling too low. Secondly, the lipstick was an awful color and did not suit the brides skintone, however it was too late to remove the lip color. Since the naath was drooping the lipcolor started to smear. Fortunately, someone had some face powder to cover up the red lipstick smears on the bride upper lip. overall would not recommend this salon for bridal makeup, only party makeup.I feel like their makeup is a hit or miss. you can try to stick to the same makeup artist, because not all of their artists have sufficient experience. and make sure, if you choose this studio, go to the studio atleast 3 hours earlier, so you can make changes and have enough time to get your makeup fixed, in case there is a flaw. also take a family member or friend with you, so they can let you know if something doesnt look right.the pricing is okay. the girls take rishwat (bribes) if you want them to do something EXTRA for you, or work overtime, just bribe them (in a sweet way). i got there late on the walima day, so they took an extra 5000 rupees, to work overtime, since the salon was closing soon.makeup quality- they use makeup from USA, and dubai (im guessing) but they have removed the labels on the makeup packaging, so you wont know what brands they use. some makeup packaging is covered with stickers, but im pretty sure i saw a few nars, urban decay, and mac labels sticking out.The eyelashes they have were bad quality. im glad i brought my lashes from USA. they applied my premium quality lashes, instead.

We had glam makeup done for a party for two days. The makeup looked cakey and started separating a little bit after getting it done. The eyelashes for my mom and I started coming off in the middle of the event. The mascara was flaking and gathering under our eyes. They did not know how to apply lipstick properly - it was so uneven. I had to point out how there was still foundation in my eyebrows and giltter on my lashes. It did not feel like i was getting what i paid for.I had different artists both days but the makeup was equally bad. On the second day my mom and i were actually considering wasting our 50 percent deposit and not going to the appointment.The only thing that was done nicely was the hair styling but I will book my makeup at another salon next time.

Its my second time visiting Hifsa Khan Salon for my makeup.I previously got my Nikkah makeup done from this very place.My experience has been amazing since the staff here is extremely cooperative taking into account the preferences of the clients ,satisfying them in giving them the exact makeup look that they desire .Its safe to say its one of the best makeup salons we have here in Lahore.

I find myself more and more behind these days. You have to be really diligent. I dont have kids, which helps. Im always working on something, whether a book, or a law review article that no one will ever read, or teaching. It pretty much means I work a lot, but its all stuff I love.

It was extremely pathetic experience with Hifza Khan salon. They had unethical policies which they need to look into it . They dont have sense of dealing. I went their with my children for hair cut (first time) my elder daughter had a little issue of lices n being a school going child it happens sometimes. Firstly they didnt ask or tell me about their policy n during cutting one lady came n started telling me that well not do blow dry lices lag jati Hain bla bla bla . I went in other salon they have sepesepa kit for kids issues n quietly they done their job. They shettered my child confidence shame on this salon.
