The owner is clearly unknown to the term called ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKE. She just ruined not just one but two customers hairs and than lashed out on us that we CANT SEE PROPERLY. Will not recommend to anyone.

They burned my hair literaly. Went there for highlights and all the hair which had bleach on came out like false extensions. They applied bleach on my hair for 1 hour 20 mins, who does that? I wish i could share the pictures of my hair fall here.

Got hair dyed, the result was not what i asked for. And the attitude if the owner was horrible when i pointed the fact that its not what i wanted, she said i think theres an issue with your eye sight.

The worst place to be at. The lack work ethics, especially their owner. She needs to learn the term professionalism. They did the WORSTTTTTTESTTTT job at my hair. They did highlights without putting any toner on my hair. My hair is ruined. DONT GO HERE EVER. For anything.

Its a great place to cater your beauty needs, if you are looking for services in Johar town. Their staff was amazing. Ambiance is great. I had visited them twice and they listen to you in every way. I actually felt pampered during all my services. And not to forget the stunning makeup their makeup artists do! Usually do not rate a salon 5. But they earn it for their quality.
