Bad service ever. poor waxing facility. never respond the messages for the apponitment or regarding deals/offers on whatsapp, instagram or facebook. Poor customer loyality. never ever recommend it to anyone. they just have a glam and setting of parlour to attract. otherwise they dont know how to create value for customer.

Extremly poor customer service,untrained staff,got my loreal.extenso done,hairs at the mane were not treated they stayed frizzy and unmanageable but the staff after doing final wash and ironing refused to accept their blunder.Manager has no concern about customer satisfaction,she was just busy getting her hair color done.Extremly rude people.

They had good economic deals for eid but as it was too much crowded, we had to wait two hours and the late it got, the quality of customer service got down.

I just visited it didnt get any services so i dont know anything about it

I can never recommend such nasty place for facial to any one.Manger was rude and she was insulting working staff and another customer in front of other customers.

Professional beauticians but they were all so overburdened and were not ready to do make up. Clients were fighting for their turn inspite of heavily charges no respect to the customers at all. They were refusing on customers face even though we took an appointment in advance. Definitely need improvement!

Very good hair cut option in Wapda Town, didnt go there (Glitz & Glam Beauty Salon) but heard good reputation.

Glitz & Glam delivered fatastic services. All the staff members and even the owner herself was very friendly and co-operative. We had a party make-up feom them, but they treated us like brides. Environment was very comfortable and friendly, they asked what were our preferences and did everything more then our expectations. Makeup was long lasting, covered the oil for a long time and was very smooth.Environment 9/10Services 10/10Charges 10/10 (Acceptable for their service).

The place is nice. Most of the staff is. The one I got for my extenso, unfortunately was not. Very rude and un responsive to my questions. The rest of the staff was eager to help. Repeatedly offered tea. In the end they did bring me a cup. Helped answer my questions. The deal offered was nice too. Rs. 6500 for shoulder length hair. Overall atmosphere was good.

Poor customer service. My wife had words facial and manicure experience from the salon. Padicure place was disgusting and she was asked to dip her feet in dirty basin.

Arooj makeup and services are really amazing... but its staff is just ok in term of work and in term of behaviour also.
