Mariam never listens to you at all.. no matter what. Highly overrated. She has her own weired policies that make no sense. Not recommended at all.

Worst place to go to for brides. I went in 2019 and was expecting good look after paying so much, i was not satisfied. The looks on the brides are the samee and not worth it.

Hair cut is soo good

The most unpleasant and illmannered staff I have ever seen. They have no respect for the clients. There are many other in market who are providing better facilities thn u and have well behaved staff. If being famous makes u arrogant thn u cant handle success. And services are not as good as expected. Pathetic experience. Never going again and make sure nobody else goes there as well in my circle.

Horrible experience!I wanted an appointment for my sister for a wedding. It was Fall 2019 deal that included makeup plus hair. The girl there, dont want to name her, mentioned that the deal includes only blowdried curls/Iron curls. I told her that we want a side bun and are willing to pay additional charges. She refused as it was against their policy or something. Nonetheless, I got a booking for 6:30 PM. I was surprised and told her that I wanted to be ready by 7 PM, is half an hour enough? She assured me that it is. I paid 5000 cash, she made my card and I went out. On that day, my sister was there at the salon by 6:15 and they refused to entertain her saying she is late. She was on the verge of crying and called me and I talked to the lady on reception about the whole incident and she was literally like Maam ye to understood si baat hai k adhe ghntey mn kon tyar kr skta hai? Hum apko 3 ghntey se call kr rhe hain koi utha hi nhi raha What?? Theres not a single missed call on my number. The lady who made my card was there too and but she blatantly backed off from her words. I told her that it is not my fault. I was asked to come at 6:30 and it is 6:15 now. Get my sister ready. I was angry and loud . I am glad I was because she instantly changed the conversation saying Mam we are not refusing (clearly they did refuse my sister) we are getting her ready just ask your driver to pick her up by 7 PM as we have to close the salon. Are you kidding me? It was already 6:20 or 6:25 by that time and for the full price that we have paid we want full time too! I dont want you to get me ready in a rush. And Maam Mariam Khawaja, see for yourself what your staff has been doing behind your back. I am sorry to say but the hype around your salon is just a scam.P.S. Not saying the makeup and hair was not good. It was but still the experience was not worth it!
