Today I went into Allenora Gulberg to get my lash extensions done, which is a new service they have started offering. The technician did such an amazing job, starting off by recommending the lash style that would most compliment my existing eye shape to carefully measuring the exact length of lashes which should be added. My main objective was that the lashes should look fuller yet still natural and not overdone, which was met beyond my expectations! They went for hybrid lashes that looked so so natural, Ive been receiving compliments all day. 10/10 would recommend!

I just got my lash extensions done today and im extremely happy with the way they turned out. The whole process was done in a very friendly and professional manner. I didnt think they would look as good as they do, been getting compliments from everyone!

Good results. But i have found workers very clever. There behaviour is rude with clients. And they charged you extra. Its like having a goat of money and everyone is trying to get it. 25000 for bride and 2000 or lashes and 1000 for hair accessories. 5000 for mani.pedi. 1stly they gave me free in bridal package but after that they charged 5000. Moreover, it was 7000 on flex for mani.pedi and for hair treatment it is written on flex that on discount all these will be on 5000. But they only gave me mani pedi.Not a fan of this place any more

Hi.. We had a very very bad experience wiat islamabad branch from their management to make over everything was just like an ordinary parlor. It was my brothers walima booking for both bride n party makeups. We booked signature makeup by Lehmia 3 month before the event n also gave them reminder 2 days before walima. At that day when we were on our way to parlor we got a call from parlor that we hv electricity problem n there are no generators so so they gave us 2 options whether thay will make arrangements in guest house of their own or they can come to our home with their team. One can well imagine the tension they gave as at run time. We told them its not safe to bring bride at any guest house thats not the professional wayso agreed to call them at our home as we had no other option. We made arrangements for them accordingly like mirror a separate room etc. Our home was full of guests it became very difficult for us to make arrangements. We faced too much embarrassment in front of our guests that what type of 3rd rate parlor we hv booked for such an important day. The story doesnt end here.,we were already getting late n had to get ready till 5 o clock but when they reach our home at 3 o clock senior makeup artist was still not with them n she reached at 4:45. Moreover we served them tea n lunch also but they demanded tea second time by saying the previous one was not strong. It was a time when every one at home was bzy in getting ready for the event. Not only this when we booked lahmia who is tthe owner she committed with us for signature markups not only for bride but for others too but later before event she denied n said that only bride makeup will b done by her n senior artist sahar will do the rest. Makeups were not upto the mark at all even the brides makeup.. They gave all of us such a harsh stiff look..but we were so hapless at that time. It was such an unprofessional behavior overall.. We really cant even recall it as its having bad memories. From makeup to management everything was worst. Later after getting free from wedding events we contacted their main branch in lahore n wanted to talk to the owner but they didnt let us talk to her as well.

I got hair extenso done. And i absolutely love it. My look changed. I’ve got smooth hair. And the staff is quite friendly and hospitable. I really love the environment. The senior management guides you towards a better option which is quite helpful. Thumbs up

There r extreme kind of untrained staff at Iqbal town branch. At 10 Nov 2019 the girl who was blow drying and crimping my hairs burnt my hair skin and made 1.5 inches hole in my head, she burnt my hairs , later on the other on place hair fiber on my hairs.i could not see the hole at that time on my head skin , because there was no mirror there, while ther make hair style and makeup of brides.Bad experience to to have my walima makeup.

It’s been almost six months since I first visited allenora’s main branch . I visited the parlour again in may and the conditions werw the same . The renovation thing started in the parlour like almost 6 months ago and it’s still in process . The paint and theother stuff going on isn’t good for inhaling and I can’t imagine that how the staff is working with such a terrible condition because everyone was facing breathing problems . I request you guys to fasten the process because it’s not good for the health of the clients and the staff ... Or just close the parlour until the renovation is completed because it’s a serious thing. The staff is providing us the masks and other stuffs but the owner is actually playing with their lives

My wife took bridal services and it was fairly good, though expensive. The staff was ride and wont let me (the groom) for photoshoot and put seevral restrictions (it was all restricted areas).We had photoshoot and pictures were good, however those were delivered late; in fact, very late. They ruined the album with silly photoshop affects and i had to request them to change pictures to original. They wouldnt let me enter the main gate and only allow my wife to talk. Why? They played women women to avoid arguement. And they refused to give me soft copy which is my right. Later they added a price to it. Keeping in mind it is my right to ask them to delete those pictures.

The most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered ...i had a mehendi to attend so we drove from isb to lahore that day, upon reaching our hotel i called the salon and asked if I can get my blow dry done in next 10 minutes for which they confirmed tht yes it can be done.When i reached the salon the receptionist who was more into chattin to her fellow colleague about strawberries took rs1500 frm me just to tell me 5 minutes later that it cant be done. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT???I had to leave that pathetic salon aftr wasting my time for no good reason...Pathetic is the only word that comes in my mind for this salon.

It was the worsttt experience.Like seriously I paid 27,000 for 3 days party makeup each day cost 9000 it was a totally wastage & the girls over there was literally unexperienced,careless and rude.The hairdo department was totally rubbish untrained girls dont even know to made a neat braid.Why girls of 17 to 18 years of age are hired for makeup? For God Sake dont waste money like this.

Pathetic management and bridal makeup. There were more than 70 brides when I had my bridal makeup and their staff was so rude and didnt bother to satisfy bride. Hair and makeup artists gave no importantce to what kind of makeup and hair style I wanted. And they also didnt observe the time. I have to wait for very long time to get my makeup done and had to skip my photoshoot just because of mismanagement of parlour.

Their make up artists use to charge additional amount other than make up charges by making clients fool as she who did my make up said if u pay me 3000 more i will do ur make up much better.. so annie pls work on it as its their regular practice because ur that worker took 3000 additionally but did regular makeup

Very bad now ...poor management too much waiting

I had to get my bridal makeup from here and we payed all their ridiculous prices and got the best and most expensive package offered by them but sorry to say I found the staff and people there unprofessional. They made me wait alot and gave me a foundation which was too light for my skin. The final makeup artist who completed the makeup was pretty good so the overall look was not completely destroyed but overall I was really disappointed by their attitude and indifference. They use low quality makeup, eyeshades etc were literally broken, poor quality lipsticks and the sponges Im sure were unhygienic too because the next day I got facial swelling and redness. All the time I was there I felt like I was being ripped off. Really disappointed overall by the makeup and the overall service. The photographer that they have is really good and the eventual photoalbum that I got was pretty great so five stars for photography

I visited your salon in Lahore on 6th Friday regarding the bridal services for my sisters wedding. I asked your employee(Sana) to give me some information. She was busy playing LUDO STAR on her phone. Her all concentration was on her phone, i kept asking her if she can properly talk to me and give the information I want. I was not expecting such rude attitude from such a renowned salon employee. I asked her if she can give a paper and pencil so i can write it and then very rudely she handed me the paper with all the deals mention on it.She was still busy playing ludo star. I got a bit upset as her attitude was very rude and insulting. I asked if someone else could help me with and run me through the bridal deals. She was so rude instead of apologising and guiding me through the deals she asked another girl to help me. This attitude was so rude and insulting. I have never come across a person so rude. Its your job to answer customers queries and to give them the right information. I have been to other salons and i must say there service is exceptional. They properly sit down and discuss each and everything with you. I was very disappointed with your staff attitude and i would say that it was the height of BADTAMEEZI with the customer.So rude, ignorant and unprofessional staff. Its very rude to ignore your customers and i would never ever recommend Allenora to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional attitude of all staff. There were so many girls wandering around and clients had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a single service. I went to their Gulberg branch with my sister, I got my hair cut andhair wash deal, and the girl asked me 3 times how much I have paid, dakhin inhon nay kitny paisay diye hen??? Like seriously!! you dont know what you guys have offered. My sister opt for facial, mani pedi and plucking deal, and she had to wait for more than 50 minutes between facial and next mani pedi stop (and thats when only one other client was there). Id not recommend any of their branch at all. On top of that Annie (owner) was there, still everyone seemed lazy, inclined towards what to eat next, and unaware of clients totally.

PLEASE DONT EVER GO TO THIS SALON! .. they ruined my wedding day!!!! omg.. its been 3 years and im still not over it! i was supposed to have my make up done by Annie herself, and did all the payment and everything .. then they tell me due to some personal reasons she had to fly out and isnt available but she said that she will give instructions to other girls working there on how my makeup needs to be done, they said theyll take a picture of my face without make up and send it to Annie along with details of my wedding clothes.. they never took a picture , i kept asking! and shes like annie already gave us instructions, they did my make up in an area with no mirrors, so i couldnt see till the end how hideous i looked! i asked her plz i need to see a mirror during the whole process and she said no we dont do that because brides start panicking at the end when i actually did get to see a mirror.. i just screamed =(! there was no time, i had to leave and they put so much WHITE foundation on my face i wouldnt have been able to take it all off and fix it myself.. i swear to god i looked like a dead person! vampire maybe.. they just ripped me off! charged me more money because it was supposed to be done by Annie and completely ruined my event.. including pictures and videos!p.s. the sponges they used were not new, im pretty sure now they were used! right the next day i got ugly pimples all over my forehead and cheek area! and i NEVER get pimples maybe one or two rarely!-Hina Khan
