My first and last visit to this hotel although the rooms and structure was quite good but the receptionist hadnt behave professionally. He became too much frank and passing personal comments like: you are from Karachi... You have branded items... Also he took a lot time to put my entry even he was not aware how to charge through card instead He said go to ATM (1- km away) and get the cash. Despite, I was paying advance in cash.Cost:They are so costly and prices are mentioned without taxes like price+tax. Why dont they just mentioned total cost.There were no single dishes available in menu for single person so I have to order full platter thats half wasted. Even menu had two prices in parellel which is confusing.In morning, they come into the room to repair AC, cant they wait until my checkout.Concisely, I dont recommend it.

Sheets were not clean and i requested two times to change it. AC was not working, either it was out of gas or they just turned on the fan of air conditioner because they didnot proivde remote. washroom door was not able to close and cupboard was also not closing. They made commitment for complimentary breakfast but they charged me Rs250. Not but least, There were no shampoo, lotion or ar any other product in washroom except a cheap soap.

Vikram the manager should get a payrise as he was brilliant afsar the female receptionists should also get a pay rise as she was a brilliant the rooms were clean the bedding was ok for the price the service was brilliant but they should have complimentary water and tea for the guests i stayed in Lahore from UK to attend a meeting we got the same service that you would have got from a 5 star hotel from Mall veiw at fraction of the price thank vikram and afsar staying guestsaj from UK

This place is V.good according to the rates. Hotel sweet inn and Mall view hotel both are nearby to each other but I like Mall view hotel more bcz they both charge approx same but rooms and baths are more clean and nice in Mall view hotel. And the staff there is also very good. I always prefer Mall View to stay whenever I need it.

Economically it was perfect.Location was far from centre but fortress was only at 10 mins drive.Room was clean but toilet had some strange smell.

A very very well managed and professional hotel, tidy, neat and clean room having big bathrooms everything about this place is good, However, if u follow google map please turn left not right as google map is not updated with their latest location as hotel is shifted to the current place year a go. Nice play with reasonable price.

Very poor situation.Mattresses are over, springs are out.Rooms are so noisy.Kitchen noise.Floor is torn, sofas have no foam.Little tv without any cable service.Washroom has faults.Just a good thing was there breakfast.They are not so cheap.No value for money.Not recommended.Room no 206

Pathetic Hotel/Service overallHopeless, rude and un professional front desk lady and staff.You wont get, what you expect in bookingFake photos, No room service at all, No Towel, broken fixtures / furniture, shaggy sheets, you will find bed bugs, noise around, water pipe was open in washroom and water was coming out and it was full of water everywhere,no heater in winter, when asked they said not available.In booking, breakfast was included in price,but they charged breakfast each day during my stay.When I checked in, unprofessional lady gave me a very dirty room with broken fixtures and there was loud noise coming from the temporary door which was installed in that room.When I complained, they said they dont have other rooms available neither they can assist me.If you stay long, and pay them regularly in advance, they wont give you any receipt or invoice and will tell you that they enter in their system and will give you full history when check out . But when I checked out they couldnt justify few unforseen entries.Also, when I came for check out, the lady at the front was talking on mobile loudly with some one, she didnt welcome me at all, neither said thanks for a stay etc, she was still talking on the mobile phone. I asked for full invoice, which she gave me with a rude behavior. I asked my remainder balance asI paid all money in advance, she returned me less money, as there was discrepancy in my entries, but she didnt bother to find out and was still on mobile, while my Uber was waiting there. Her language and behavior was so annoying and she looked un educated to me.They just try to play games while showing budget prices and services, but in short you will get disappoint a lot. They also have lack of communication problems with all staff specially front desk lady. When she comes in the morning, she can even send some one in the morning to wake you up, call you at the front and ask you for money. It happened to me 2 times, even though when I checked out they owed me money and ripped me off for Rs1000 in miscellaneous, where they dont had any clue to justify me. I paid over Rs 32K in advance, during my stay , but I got greatly disappointed with the front counter lady, staff and hotel and went to a better hotel where Im quite comfortable and paying little less than Mall View Hotel.Bear in mind, when new customer comes, front staff can ask you to return some items from you room to give it to new customers ; such as heater etc, so you get ready to stay in cold nights in winter when its around 1 degree temperature and I also got sick for few days, when I checked in. because there wasnt any heater available and when I got, front staff said please turn off heater quickly as it will consume more electricity.Front staff also blame to owners that he doesnt invest appropriately and ask them to push customers for money to pay Bills etc, while dont care about you, even if you have paid in full in advance, sheer lack of communication.If you arent from Lahore, then it will be hard for you to find location even on GPS.Im a foreign national and travel a lot through many countries, this was a disastrous experience I have ever had. I was a solo traveler and even was staying out of the hotel for almost all day and only come back to sleep in a hotel, but it was a worst experience.Ill never ever recommend any body to stay in this disgusting hotel neither Ill stay here again!
