One of the best cafes of lahore. The quality of food and in most cases their taste is awesome . Everyone one has their own choices but if I have to pick any one item and call it the signature or the best of cosa nostra , that would be its Ceaser Salad , its receipe of dressing is superb.

We ordered a Margherita pizza and and the Da Vinci which is a part of their signatures menu. The Pizza was just alright but the Da Vinci chicken was lack lustre, oily and literally surrounded by these obviously packet bought frozen mixed vegetables with were just steamed and not even seasoned. I even asked them to remove it and they refused to do so and It was honestly pathetic.Moreover, there’s a discount on silk bank platinum card which I wished to avail; my card works everywhere else but every time I go to Cosa, it never works which is quite annoying as their card machines are faulty.

Food very oily for European cuisine. Even salad. Very spicy with black pepper in all we tried. Ketchup up expired. Drinks served warm. Asked for ice chiseled not cubed from fridge. So water source not known.Some Cooks hair covered but most important hand hygiene. No gloves. Rampant spread of Hep c and e around. Doctors are unable to control spread. Must teach and inform hand body hygiene.

They have a variety of desserts including wonderful ice cream flavours, molten lava and many more splendid dishes.

Best place to get Gelato in Lahore in my opinion. Cold stone creamery is close second in my opinion. Hazelnut and salted caramel are the best flavors for me. Ambiance of the place is also really good.

One of the very few places in Lahore where you can get a decent coffee. I had a machiatto and liked it. However in Lahore youre probably better off getting your caffeine fix from tea, this citys coffee doesnt compare to Islamabad or Karachi which has a long standing coffee culture.Cosa nostra also does good ice cream and ice lollies which are better than the usual stuff.

I have to visit Cosa Nostra whenever I am in Lahore with my family. My wife rates Cosa Nostra’s gelato as much better than a few other leading international ice cream franchises.But lesson learned today, never pay them in advance as the staff would stop you at the door not allowing you to leave as they don’t believe you have already paid. And when you show them the receipt they are not apologetic but instead blame each other for the mistake (mind you there was only one more costumer beside us in the outlet at the time). I am disappointed with their costumer service, so I would minus a star from their rating.

My all time favorite place! Great food , great coffee and great gelato! Maple walnut with candied nuts topping, my favorite icecream. Their pepperoni pizza doesnt disappoint.Especially with the chilli oil on top.

Quaint is what I would use to describe Cosa. The service, and the food is great. The menu is not unnecessarily extensive. They have fewer items than others, but what food they serve is good regardless of what you pick. One major issue is that the sitting is uncomfortable, the tables are small, and the chairs are not comfortable at all. Each table is for 4 people, which seems unrealistic unless you are petite. Overall always a good experience.

Actually Im talking about the Gulberg outlet, near Home Economics College! I went in 2011 just days before Joining Army as a Recruit/Soldier! It was a very good place and excellent Ice cream! Worth going!

Among the finest ice cream in Lahore. Its an Italian restaurant. But the icecream is delicious. A little pricey though.

What an amazing place to an Italian feast with friends and family. A large ceaser salad is good to feed an entire army and their pizzas are freshly made with the classic thin crust. Other items were also good. Highly recommend!

My kids love the gelato. Older one actually prefers cosa gelato over any other kind of ice cream anywhere in the world. Coffee is decent as well.

Good addition to restaurant options in DHA. Food is of the same standard as their flagship location. However, this is a small place, and feels cramped when full.They also offer takeout, which is convenient as orders can be placed in advance over the phone. Takeout packaging is very well made, and even items such as soups can be easily taken away.

With everything that I had heard about Cosa Nostra, I was expecting something special. What I saw when I entered was a disappointingly cramped area that was averagely lit and with seats that werent conducive to relaxation. The food itself was distinctly average, both in presentation and in taste. Neither the Gorgonzola, the Lasagne or the fancily named Fish and Chips tickled my fancy. The fish and chips especially looked like something out of a K&Ns box. The desert was the only saving grace of the night. A pass.

Serve the best ice cream in Pakistan (thats a big statement). Their other desserts are ok. Small sitting area above for dessert shop whereas you can also order dessert in the basement floor.
