Very fine quality pastries and cakes. They have fresh bakery. Fizzy drinks, milk chocolate, coffee, jams peanut butter Nutella rusk bread biscuits everything you need to eat.

Shzan Bakery is oldest in town with good quality cakes, bread, biscuits and other confectionery items. Fresh items delivered around 9 am so that is a good time to go there. My favourite items are cheese cake, milky bread and one bite patties. BTW the name Shezan has no connection with Shezan Juices / pickles / jams etc brand any more !

So basically, on days they have have their whole assortment of confectionary and cakes, that place worksss 1000%% for sureee! But there have also been NUMEROUS times when they had average quality and low quantity food. Still it is a good place. Would recommend!

Shezan Bakers is one of the oldest bakeries in Lahore. Its main Branch at Abid Market at the corner of Temple Road and on Queens Road short of Mozang Chungi (Qartaba Chowk) Lahore was established in mid 70s about 45 years ago. Shezans Cakes and Pastries are still the best ones in Lahore rather the whole Punjab and are available at reasonable prices unlike those of the competitors. However Shezan Bakers need to work hard in maintaining the tastes of its well known cakes and pastries. For instance the original taste of lemon tart pastry was exquisite but now the taste though better than other pastries of the kind sold by competitors it still does not match the color, taste and flavor of the original one. The change is probably due to bulk supply and the quality of raw materials available in the market.Likewise Shezan Chicken Patties need improvement in so far the original patty consisted of various layers that were baked in such a way that it did not turn dark brown and roasted but remained light brown and soft too. The chicken meat at the bottom was also off white or light brown in colour and the chicken meat was never roasted to dark brown or black but was baked in a manner that it was always pale brown in colour and while one ate it, that never gave a feeling of heaviness in stomach but a light refreshing feeling of a snack consumed with tea or coffee.Hope Shezan Bakers shall continue to maintain standards and offer quality bakery and confectionery items at all their Bakery outlets. It is also hoped that they will also bring in new variety of cakes and pastries and maintain their price at reasonable levels unlike other Bakers who are charging exorbitant prices for similar products.
