Bundu Khans quality and taste of food have always been good and compatible rates, however the change in interior is not as good as was earlier or in other branches. Moreover, the waiter was not suitably trained as per restaurants status. Still not bad. Hope they will serve customers with their best services.

Bundu khan bakers and sweets have quality products from bread to sweets and deserts. Its an iso 9001 certified brand. Rates are little higher than other competitors, cakes and brownies and delicious. Recently tried their slush but disliked it the flavour seemed so unreal. Kachori and samosas are not so good but overall good hygiene is maintained.

Good cleanliness and hygiene. Very good quality with quantity at a little premium price. Its worth it. Highly recommended. You wouldnt be disappointed by their taste.

Their food quality and presentation is very good but customer care is very poor, they need to be polite, caring and helping but they loose it all the times I went there. I have to there every time as I don’t have any better option in that area, over all will go there again for cleanness & standard of products.

Product quality is very good but Worst customer service at Allama Iqbal town branch . Went there to buy sweets all staff was busy in unloading the supply van no one was attending customers 1 sales man was busy in packing around 10 to 15 boxes of sweets and all others were busy with supply van they were around 7 to 8 guys . I requested main counter staff In grey shirt please send 1 extra staff member so he can make it fast but that superman didnt even bother to reply me . . .Need proper HR training and customer service classes otherwise you will lose your customers

Their quality of bakery items & level of services are far better than others in start. But now they are same like others, sometimes not fresh products and prices also high.

If you want something fresh, looking for variety and expect to get your shopping end within your budget, it is the best place in Gulshan-e-Ravi.

Got Mix Biscuits from here. Was not as good as i expected. Rating 4 star as they do have variety in bakery. Might be possible that i choosed wrong mix of cookies.
